Regina (3 Years Later):

"My queen. Rumplestiltskin has been requesting to see you," one of the queen's guards told the queen.

"What does he want now?" The queen asked as she put down her drink.

"Something about a child, my queen," The guard stated.

Regina knew what he meant even though the guard looked confused. She instantaneously told the guard to prepare a carriage to Rumplestiltskin's cell. A million thoughts came into her mind. She could barely think.

As she rode in her carriage she wondered if he knew who her child was. She wondered what her child became. She wondered if she had a nice family. She wondered if she was wealthy and never asked for anything. SHe wondered if her child was smart. She wondered if her child was important. WHoever her child turned out to be, she would find out soon enough.

The queen arrived at the castle, which was built on top of a mountain. SOme guards offered to go down into the castle, but she rebuffed them. THis was something she needed to do on her own. No one was to know the details of the conversation.

She kept walking up the stairs into the castle until RUmplestiltskin came into view in his library in the attic. "Glad to see you could make it," he said with an insane tone.

"What do you want?" Regina asked him, hiding her need to know what the man would say next.

"Well, I have some information you may want. This concerns you daughter," the man stated.

"A daughter?" Regina's eyes lit up, but she kept her usual frown. "Wait, I know what game you're playing. What do you want in return for her identity?"

"Let's just say, this one's on the house."
"Seriously? No selling of my soul or wanting one of my guards toes?"

"Nope!" HE exclaimed and then laughed. "You're happiness is enough of a reward," He continued in a sarcastic tone.

"Haha, very funny," The queen said as she returned the sarcastic tone. "Now, who is my daughter?"
"Your daughter is none other than Goldilocks!"
"The bandit?"

"Yup!"

The queen thought for a moment. She gave her daughter up so she wouldn't end up like her, but now she's the orphaned bandit running amuck in her kingdom's streets. Maybe if she were there for her, she would still have a family. She wouldn't have to steal and kill for survival. Why was Regina such a terrible person?

Regina turned around and left the castle and hurried back to her home. She ordered for her guards to be on the lookout for Goldilocks. She was going to be there for her now. Maybe, though, it's best not to tell her that the Evil Queen is her mother. That might just make her angry and wonder why she gave her up. Even more thoughts like these surfaced in her mind. She knew one thing though; she was going to set things right.

Margaret:

During the time between her mother's death and now, Margaret has been doing anything she could to get by. At first she begged on the streets and people gave her money, but the Queen banished her out of the kingdom because she thought Margaret was too much of a nuisance. That's when Margaret started to steal again. Her hair continued to change until it was fully brown. She knew that this was exactly what her parents did not want to happen. She felt like she failed her parents and she was indeed a villain.

She was wanted everywhere for being a bandit and a killer. She doesn't actually kill anyone on purpose, though. Only those who get in her way.
