"Boss, you have a meeting in a few minutes." Diamond said, knocking me out of my thoughts.

It's been three weeks since I've been gone from Atlanta.

I missed my wife and kids mane. Like damn.

I honestly couldn't concentrate because I would be too busy thinking about my life that I left back in Atlanta.

I always thought Jasmine would be the big baby when I left, but I'm pretty sure I'm the big ass baby.

The first day away from her and the kids, I called them every ten minutes.

A nigga was homesick, and I missed my family.

I decided to call Jasmine.

"Hello?"

"Hey Ma. What's going on?"

"Well I'm about to head to dinner, wassup with you babe?"

"I'm about to go to a damn meeting. I was just thinking about you, and I wanted to call and check up on ya."

"Aw, baby. Well I miss you."

"I miss you too baby girl. So um who you going to dinner with?"

She hesitated.

"Um. Remember that guy Marcel. Well he's taking the team out for dinner since we added him to the line."

"Mm. Okay."

"Chresanto don't be mad. It's work related. Nothing more. Nothing less."

"Alright. Im not mad, Jasmine."

"Whatever Chresanto."

"I guess I'll just talk to you later."

With that I hung up. I didn't want Jasmine hanging around with that man.

Shit, I didn't want Jasmine hanging with any man... other than me and her father of course.

Something about that Marcel nigga was strange. I don't know exactly what it was, but something was definitely up with him.

I walked to the bathroom, to finish my hair and make up.

I was about to go meet Marcel for dinner.

Chresanto wasn't to happy about it. I didn't even tell him that it was going to be just me and marcel.

I told him other people were going also, because I could only imagine how he would have reacted.

I picked out a cute pair of heels that matched my blazer and pants. Simple but cute.

My stomach was starting to get bigger, making it harder for me to put my shoes on. So it took me a minute to put them on.

I walked down the steps.

"Alright Ash. I'll be back in a little bit. Kids, don't give your cousin a hard time please." I said kissing their foreheads.

I walked out and hopped in my Range.

Before I could even pull off, Marcel called.

"I'm on my way."

"Okay, just making sure you're not flaking out on me." He chuckled.

I laughed. "See you in a bit."

I hung up and sped off to the Grande that was maybe thirty minutes away.

When I arrived, I walked in and was automatically escorted to where he was sitting.
