This is a funny story, actually. In third grade, my friends always asked me who I like but I would never tell them. So, if he was around, I would twirl my hair (childish, I know). Eventually my friends caught on. But they got the wrong person. My best friend knew who it was but didn't tell anyone. I didn't want to tell any one because, they would have told everyone at school. My friend, who thought I liked him, asked me out. I didn't want to be rude, so I said yes. He was so sweet. But I felt awful leading him on. But till this day we are still friends. He never knew I didn't actually like him. And my crush from then is now one of my best friends and he still doesn't know that I had and still has a crush on him!
