Incident

|~Mark's POV~|
I smiled as I held her warm tender hand, she was fascinated with the city lights. They were beautiful, just like her.

2 years ago, my life changed. 2 years ago is when she made a part of my life. Now tonight, my life will change again, significantly.

I took my other hand making sure the small black box was secure in my back pocket. She turned to me. "Markimoo, what are we doing at 11:30 at night?" she said to me confused a little. I grinned and moved my arm around her shoulder. "You will see my princess." i say to her as she continues to look around. She was the most gorgeous women i've met, she was actually shorter then me. She had these long dark brown locks that went down to her shoulders, those paired with her bright blue eyes perfectly.

|~A Few Minutes Later~|
I was growing impatient, how stupid was i to make our "candle light picnic" so damn far away. I then saw a alley, as we pasted it i saw it lead exactly where we needed to go. "Down here." i say guiding her, she stopped in her tracks.

"We're going down there?" she said uneasily. "Yeah, it a shortcut on where i want to show you." i say trying to bring her closer, she wouldn't budge. "I don't know mark, I just have a unsettling feeling." she says tilting her head up to see me.

I sighed and kissed her forehead. "Listen, i promise you, nothing will happen, okay?"

She nodded slightly as she grabbed my hand tightly. We began to walk through.

We were almost there, i started to crack a few corny pickup lines to lighten the mood. "Hey, are those pants on sale? Because they're 100% off at my place." I say chuckling. She lightly slapped my shoulder. "You goofball.." she laughed.

The laughter soon stopped, I didn't know it but..that was the last time i'd ever hear her innocent little laugh ever again.

A figure dressed in all black stepped in front of us. We halted in our tracks. It was nothing but silence, until the figure pulled out something from their belt and pointing it at me.

I knew exactly what it was.

"MARK!" i heard her scream, after to gunshots filled the air. I squinted my eyes shut, preparing for the gun shot to pierce my skin. But they didn't.

I heard a grunt. My heart dropped to my stomach. I open my eyes seeing her, in front of me, watching her fall to the ground. "EILEEN!" my voice screamed as i fell to my knees holding her bleeding body close.

Tears streamed down my cheeks, that landed on her face. Glancing up the figure was running away, something dropped from them, but they left it behind.

I screamed for help, holding her close to my chest. But realization came to me. Her hands slowly got cold, they..weren't warm anymore.

Her eyes opened up slightly, i gasped her name quietly "E-eileen..its g-gonna be okay..." I said shakily. "...you are going to be alright." Her eyes weren't vividly blue anymore, i basically watched the life be sucked out of her. "I'm s-so...sor-" I stopped mis sentence as i felt her cold hand intertwine with mine. "M-mark..can you k-kiss it...all better..?" her voice was very quite. I was shaking violently.

I leaned in to kiss her wounds but..i couldn't. I felt her body to limp, as her eyes slowly closed for the last time. I hugged her dead body as tight as i could. "EILEEN!" i screamed in agony.

It felt like hours...sitting there, refusing to loosen my grip around her. I was numb, anger grew; I felt something click, something snap inside of me.

I stood holding her bridal style closely to my chest. I slowly walked over to the object that the figure left behind.

I carefully leaned down and picked it up. It was a picture, a blurred picture with the side of a girls face on it and a mans. She had (h/l) (h/c) hair with (e/c) eyes. The mans face was too blurred out to make up anything. I clunched the picture in my hand, crushing it.

"You hurt her. You killed her. I'll avenge her, till my last breath..."
