Yup its a Phitingale baby! You're welcome!
I got bored and dint know what to color, and kksavak82's phitingale picture inspired me. So I found a base and colored it in using the theme of Phitingale! Plus I also think Phitingale is adorable, even though I haven't read anything about them, I have heard alot about the ship from Rae, and I think it's a cute ship. It's not an OTP, but I've written it down in my shipping book. I am a hardcore shipper and if I see something that needs shipping.. I say "LET THE GOSHDARN SHIP SAIL!"
I also used MimiWonderDoodles' eye tutorial again, bc it's awesome and easy to use!
