The title is pretty self explanatory
(There was indeed a base used, it was not by me either, i only came up with the more curly fluffy sticking out and the more rounded hooves. If anyone was wondering. I also made minor changes to the base. And Btw do you know how hard it is to draw pony on paper using a base that is digital on your phone? Extremely.)
