Mae's pov
I had no idea what Rose had in mind for lunch. All she said was that she was going to take care of it and that I should go to my dorm and change because I fell into some mud on my way out of the school. I changed into a new school uniform. I mean I do still have school after and I don't have many other clothes. I brushed my hair and put it up. I think I looked ok. I mean as ok as I can get. I sit down and wait. Rose said she wound get me a few minutes after class and it has only been five minutes. I turn to my desk and start doing some home work for my art of war class. I only get two questions done when Rose appears. She smiles.
"Ready to go." I nod and stand up. We walk through the dorm and out onto campus.Other people are eating lunch outside and I notice how a lot of them stare at Rose. She changed into a pair of jeans and a white v-neck t-shirt with a leather jacket over it. She looked amazing. I quickly look away when she noticed me staring. God I must have looked like a total idiot. I can feel my face heat up and I know I am blushing. Rose and I head out of campus. I haven't really been out of campus. I mean we are allowed out but most people go out with their friends. Maybe now Rose and I can go out places. Rose puts her hand on my shoulder and turns me towards a door. We head in and I see that it's a small family owned diner and bar. It was nice and cozy. We sat and started looking at menus. Everything looked amazing. I desided on a simple burger and fries. Well Rose ordered tea and fruit salad. We talked about school and the new classes I have had so far. We also talked about her family. I learned that Rose had three little brothers, who were triplets, and she had an older sister. I also learned that Rose enjoyed reading and playing card games. Lunch with Rose was fun, but all good things must come to an end. Rose walked my back to school then left.
ITS SHORT I KNOW AND I AM TRULY SORRY. MY COMPUTER BROKE AND I HAD SCHOOL. BUT I AM GOING TO TRY AND UPDATE MORE.
