chapter one-,the rogue attack

"Jacob!!!!" I heard my mom screamed my dad's name,I curled up in her arms and clung to her like my life depended on it,oh wait my life did depend on it , I was only five at the time and our pack was under a rogue attack,screams and howls of pain filled the air as our pack fought against the vicious rogues, of course my dad was out fighting and told my mom and I to keep safe.Fire and smoke was all around us,my mom stroked my hair gently and whispered to me"don't worry Christian soon we will all be safe," though her words were assuring I could hear fear in her voice. Just as she said these words there was a crash and shatter of glass,my mom eyes darted up and she let out a growl, it was answered by a vicious growl that came from a huge grey wolf with deep slashes across his face, my mom pushed me behind her and shift into her wolf, her pure white fur glimmered in the moon light and was like soft strands of silk,she was the most beautiful wolf I had ever seen. The huge gray wolf growled ferociously and started to close in on us,mom bearded her teeth a step back blocking his path,he pounced at her his weight made her slam against the wall with such force I knew dad felt it too,his attention went back to me and was about to ripped off my tiny head but my mom got up fast and shook off the blow and pounced in his back and started to rip out his throat, her white fur was now crimson red with the rogues blood,he howled in pain before collapsing on the floor dead,my mom rushed over towards me and started licking the blood of the rogue off my face. At that moment my dad bust through the door ,his brown fur was soak in blood,a slash was across his scream I guess that's what made my mom scream. He ran towards us getting my mom and rubbed his nose on hers before he licked my cheek and they both shift back in their human form,for once I felt secure and I knew everything was gonna be fine.
