Going to school hoping that my life would actually be better isn’t happening as I know that I don’t have interesting life at all. It is indeed pitch black with no hopes of colors to change that.
I sat there waiting for class to dismiss. As the last bell rung everyone is running out of the class shouting their guts out, jumping, running, pushing or whatever it is. I decided to just come out the last. I grab my bag and walk out of the classroom.
As I walk out of the school I found dad’s car as he always waiting for me at the normal spot. I got into the car.
“How’s school?” he asked
“It’s fine”
“I have something to tell you”
“Sure” I said not wanting to continue the conversation with him.
It was 5 minutes silent car ride. Every single day is indeed unpleasing for me to face.
As soon we got home, we sat at living room. I sat down right in front of my dad and step mom.
“You see, I agree for you to get married with one of my friend’s son.” He began
“And when is that?” I said
“It hasn’t been confirmed but we will proceed as soon as possible. Your mom here has already prepared for stuff you need”
“Okay”
I took my bag pack and go upstairs. Shower and put on my pajamas. Stuff like this isn’t something shocking for me. He decides, agree and doing things on his own. That is my dad. Even if I said no, he wasn’t going to agree or ever listen to me.
‘At least I can be away from this family’
I read some story book before head off to bed.
