*JJ's POV*
Morgan and I were currently in the middle of a big fight and I don't like where this is going either.
*flashback*
I was currently sitting in a bar at 3:00 AM because we just got back from a really bad case. I asked the bar tender for a scotch, what? Never seen a girl drink a scotch? Well then you obviously don't meet very many girls at the club, because a lot of girls do drink scotch. Anyways I heard someone plop onto the stool next to me and turned to see Will.
"Will what are you doing here?" I asked
"Well Jennifer, this is my best friends bar" he replied in a bit of a duh tone
"Right..." I said dumbly
"Mind if I sit with you?" He asked quietly
"Uh sure go ahead" I replied
*1 hour and a lot of drinks later*
Will just leaned in to kiss me.... And I'm kissing him back, and it's now a full blown make out section in an ally way with me against a wall my legs wrapped around his waist, my skirt pulled up, my panties pulled aside, and he's currently unzipping his pants
"Wait wait wait not here, let's go back to your apartment" I said as he nodded.

*the next morning* I woke up with a pounding headache and in a room I didn't recognize at all. I tried to quickly sit up but there was a heavy arm around my waist and I was naked... I looked over only to see Will's face and I nearly screamed. Instead I calmly cussed him out "Will what the fucking hell?! Why am I here?! Get your arm off of me!" I shoved his arm off grabbing the sheet's and looking for my clothes "come on Jay... you're telling me you didn't enjoy last night?" Will asked quietly, at this point I was close to crying...
*Flashback over*
"WHAT THE FUCK JENNIFER, YOU FUCKING CHEATED ON ME WITH WILL" Derek shouted at me
"YES I KNOW BUT I WAS DRUNK YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT" i shout back
"THAT'S NOT THE POINT YOU STILL FUCKING CHEATED ON ME AND THAT'S NOT NICE!" Derek says and im at the brink of breaking down
"YEAH I KNOW BUT I'M SORRY BUT I KNOW YOU DON'T CARE SO WHATS THE POINT IN ME TELLING YOU THAT I AM SORRY IF YOUR ALWAYS GOING TO TELL ME THAT I CHEATED ON YOU" i say
"YOU'RE TRYING TO TELL ME THAT I DON'T FUCKING CARE, JENNIFER ARE WE FORGETTING WHO HAS FUCKING CHEATED?" Derek says
"WELL I'M SORRY THAT I'M NOT FUCKING PERFECT THAT WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES IN LIFE! BUT LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, YOUR NOT PERFECT ARE YOU?" i say trying my best not to cry
"WHAT IS THAT MEANT TO MEAN JENNIFER?" he says
"YOU FUCKING SLEPT WITH EMILY!!" I say and his face drops because at this point i am in tears
"Jennifer I'm sorry i shouldn't be making this seem important you slept with Will because i slept with Emily" He says and i nod and thats when Hotch comes in and tells Derek to leave so he can talk to me.
"JJ what has happend and dont lie to me because all we can hear is you and Morgan shouting" He says
"I cheated on Derek with Will and he thinks i don't care, but he cheated on me with Emily" I say and at this point im in tears and in Hotch's arms
"JJ you need to tell him your sorry, you know all this stress is not good for the baby!!" He says and i nod wiping my tears
"How Hotch what am i meant to say?" I say
"Your thoughts" He says and walks out the door so i just sit down and feel my belly
"I'm sorry baby, i always fail people and i guess i did your daddy, but you are not gonna grow up without him, he will always see you but it just won't work between me and him, i want it to but it just won't i'm sorry" I say and then i hear a chuckle behind me and look to see Emily.... Great
"JJ im sorry" She says and i cry again
"Its fine its all my fault i slept with Will" I reply
"but i slept with Morgan before you slept with Will and i feel bad i really shouldn't have i was drunk and it was a stupid mistake" She says while crying with me
"Emily let's put this behind us and forget that it ever happened, all I need to do now is apologise to Derek I need my manly hugs and I want him back! But I've messed up he won't ever be able to trust me ever again!" I say breaking down again
"He will!" Emily says and walks away after we hug and that's when Derek walks in
"Please forgive me!" I beg and he laughs
"Why I know you will do it again!!" He says and I look blankly at him
"No I won't I promise anyway your the one to talk" I say and he just laughs again and this time I stop crying and go to walk away
"See your running away from this" he says and I just keep walking ignoring the team trying to stop me I decided that I will go home and rest the baby don't need anymore stress! And neither do I! As I'm walking I hear Hotch running after me and screeming my name, as I walk into the road I weren't looking to see if their was any cars and BAM I got hit and the last thing I remember is Hotch scream for help that's when I say
