Chapter 7

Home again. Calum was with me, which was nice seeing how I didn't have to walk silently, alone and indulged in music. Bit of a health hazard when crossing roads but oh well. When we got to mine we went straight to my room. He talked about his tattoos and took of his shirt to show me all of them.

He had a toned slim body with the figure of an angel. We just talked about how many tattoos we wanted and sat there googling some good ones we could have. Planning our future when we only became friends earlier that day. I guess that's what it's like with best friends. You click straight away.

He's kind of my first friend of high school, which he doubts intensely, he says I am such an amazing person and have the best taste in music and bands etc. But I guess only certain people would ever know that until I get close but I'm too shy.

We were just about to go downstairs and get some coke when my phone buzzed in my pocket.

I'm sorry for being such a dick today, at least you made a new friend.. Calum!! I understand if you don't want to be friends with me after me ignoring you. It's just I don't know if I'm gay or not and it confused me

Which I obviously hadn't. I showed Calum and he turned my phone off and put it on a high shelf saying it was a best friends day which means no interruptions, he shortly put his phone up there to not be a hypocrite.

We watched Titanic because it's his favourite film and he just loves the fact that it's Rose's point of view as an old woman. I don't know why but that makes him think the film is a lot more meaningful. Three films later, seven bowls of popcorn and two fights over 'who was hogging the blanket' later, Calum texted his mum asking if he could stay over which she agreed to.

Because it was night and "bed time" we were both allowed our phones to look through instagram and twitter etc. But in reality I was reading my texts and wondering why I had 17 missed calls off of Luke when my phone was off.

When I read the last text my heart stopped and I showed Calum. He grabbed my phone and texted Luke something but deleted the text so I couldn't see what it was. Luke answered with "ok :(" and to this day I still don't know what he said.

At school the next day Luke didn't stick to his word and sat with Michael, George or both in every lesson and I stuck with Calum. But Luke had a distant look in his eye every time our eyes met. And he wasn't laughing at Michaels jokes.

After school Luke walked next to me out the gates and grabbed my hand and pulled me to the side. His lips smashed against mine once again and he ran his tongue along my bottom lip, begging for access, which I accepted. No one even noticed they just carried on walking, I heard Calum and Michael whistle from behind us but we didn't care.
This was a complicated relationship we have. But I wouldn't ask for anything more. His lips were soft but his kiss was rough. Which I loved.

Me, Calum, Luke and Michael all went to Calums and Miss Hood let us all stay the night. And from that day onwards we all clicked. We have the same interest and all have some sort of talent. We would of formed a band but I guess we were all too shy.

Can't wait for tomorrow at school with all four of us together!
