I groan at the sound of my alarm. It's Monday morning and I have to go to school. I guess I should introduce myself to you. I'm Alexis Rey and I'm 16. I live with my dads, yes I said dads as in two. I love them both though one of them is my birth father the other has raised me. See my mom had me at 21. I lived with her till I was 12.
She was abusive and so was her boyfriend Derek... I'm not talking about what they did that's a story for another day. Any way apart my my dad and papa I have two older brothers Jake and Jason they're 18 years old and way too over protective of me.
I sit up and yawn walking to the bathroom. " tendrá que darse prisa quiero tomar un baño" ( Will you hurry up I want to take a bath ). Jason is taking his sweet time in the bathroom. I sigh as the door opens. " Dam sis chill se necesita tiempo para mirar tan bueno". (It takes time to look this good) I can't help but laugh and run into the bathroom.
After a warm shower I get dressed. I pick out a white crop top with a mint green floral shawl, white skinny jeans and white vans. I let my wavy hair down smiling and do a simple look with powder and mascara.
Running downstairs I kiss my dad's cheek and then hug papa "good morning dad and papa" I smile and sit down drinking my coffee with soy milk. Yes I'm vegan and yes I know that's weird cause I'm Puerto Rican.
"Armadura ¿Estás listo para la escuela? (Love, are you ready for school?) my dad asked smiling.
"Yes dad I am I'm leaving now since the twins left already " I stand up getting my bag and keys and take out my phone texting my best friend AJ the only person out side of the house that I trust.
Alexis- hey babe on my way be ready ;) :*
AJ- alright in baby girl I'll be out side waiting ;)
I laugh and turn on the blue tooth on playing "Get Ugly" I smiles singing along.
