Ugh stupid alarm clock why were these things even made their like the sleep police gosh. I thought to myself.

They were made to get lazy people up like you. My wolf Shadow said

I'm sorry but I have a weird feeling for some reason.

Fine I'll get up but there better be french toast or I'm gonna rip someone's head off.

Same I love that stuff.

I finally got out of my bed and took a 30 minute shower. When I got out I could smell french toast and my family down stairs. I hurried up and brushed my hair out and put on a black tank top on with a black sweatshirt on over it with violet wolf eyes on the front and some ripped jeans with my black vans. I brushed my teeth and left my hair down.
I hurried downstairs hoping that there would be some food left but what I saw was horrifying. There was food everywhere like literally powder sugar all over the counters bread on the ceiling yes the ceiling and even eggs and syrup on the floor and the counters.

Yay looks like I'm just gonna have to grab an apple and go. Stupid brothers ruin everything and just think today's the beginning of a new school year. I grab an apple and grab my bag and head out the door to my black and silver heritage softail motorcyle. I rev the engine to life and high tail it outta there not wanting to be there when my mom wakes up and see's the mess in the kitchen boy are my brothers gonna die.

At school.

When I arrive at school I see my brothers with these usual group of friends chatting and flirting with some girls like always I hope they find their mates soon and leave I cant take them anymore it's like living with a whole herd of elephants they ruin everything.

"Hey Nalee." My bestie Clove says walking up to me.

"Hey Clove. What's up?"

"Oh nothing just being bored."

"Ya same." I get done locking up my bike and head inside the school with her and go get are schedules.

"Hey what are your classes?" Clove asks.

"Um math, science, gym, art, English, social studies, free period. You?"

"All the same except social studies and the free period are switched."

"Cool."

"Ya."

"I'm going to my locker then I'll be at math see ya."

"See ya." We wave bye and head to are lockers. When I get to my locker I put my code in and open it sorting my stuff and grabbing my math binder. I finally get done and the first bell rings signalling all the students to get to first. I close my locker and then around and walk to class. When I get there I see Clove in the back and go and sit next to her with an empty seat next to me. Good I dont like being trapped. The second bell rings and the teacher walks in.

"Morning class we'll just be talking and getting everything sorted out." The door to the class opens but I'm not paying attention so I just doodle on a piece of paper.

"Oh well you must be the new student?"

"Ya I am." Shivers went down my back at the voice and I went to look up.

"And your name is..."

"My name is Dike." I looked him strait in the eyes and the world froze I could've melted by those sapphire eyes. Talking about hot hot hot. Wait whats that smell. I sniff the air it smells like Oak and rain.

"Well Dike you can sit where you please."

"Thank you teacher."

"Please my name is Mrs. Hammings."

"Well thanks Mrs. Hammings." I was already daydreaming and didn't notice him walk over to me.

"Is this seat takin?"

"No its not."

"May I sit?"

"Ya sure." He brushed past me and sent little shocks between us.

Mate!

My wolf howls in my head.

About time you notice. I say back.

Sorry I was distracted.

Well pay attention or your gonna get lost.

Ha ha ha very funny.

The rest of the class I spent daydreaming and talking to him. Turns out we have every class together. Well he is my mate we should have every class together anyways. The rest of the day went the same talk do work and have lunch. But when I got home there was a full blown out war between my mom and my brother Daxton over the mess in the kitchen this morning. I grabbed a granola bar and went to my bedroom and worked on some work while talking to Dike on my phone. That night I would fall asleep knowing that my life is now falling into place now that I found my mate. Or so I thought.
