During the transition to black majority rule in many parts of Africa, currency controls were a way of life. Wealth, money and transportable assets in the form of gold and jewelry, gems, stamps and coins, were moved around the sub-continent in large sums - this is a story about such a series of events and the inner workings of one such organization - a private, extremely secretive world of intrigue, action, camaraderie, bribery, corruption and of course MONEY.
