Ash pointed to himself. "Me, sir."
A man in his twenties smiled down at Ash. "Hi."
"Hi, Ash Iver." Clemont said, not looking up from his latest invention.
Ash Iver stared down at Ash K. "How awkward we have the same name.." He looked at Harriet, pointing to both Ashes.
"I know!" Harriet said. "Maybe its time you get a girlfriend, Ash K.'
Ash K swallowed. "Uh..."
Clemont smiled. "He's just shy."
Ash glared at him. "Am not!"
"You acted all squirmy around Misty." Clemont said.
"How do you know?" Ash gasped.
"Brock." Clemont said.
Ash rolled his eyes.
Ash K had to admit, he did kind of like Misty. But there was one girl that really tugged at his heart.
Serena.. Ash thought.
Ash Iver patted him on the back. "You'll find her one day."
Ash K didn't answer him. He kept seeing Harriet as Serena.
Bonnie yawned. "Hi.."
"Dedenne." Dedenne mumbled.
Ash K cursed under his breath as he tripped over Pikachu, who was awake and now scouting the kitchen for ketchup.
"Pikachu, what in the name of Mew are you doing?" Ash asked.
"Pika-pi!" Pikachu squeaked.
"Oh." Ash said.
Walking down the hall and back, Ash faintly remembered the time he had helped Serena, at a Pokemon summer camp.
Ash stopped. I have to find Serena. She's probably looking for me.
Ash sprinted up the hall. Skidding to a stop, he shouted, "I have to find Serena?"
Ash Iver looked at him. "Who's Serena?"
"A girl who rejected him once. Then I gave advice for him, and he wants to find this 'Serena'." Harriet muttered.
"Really, Ashy boy?" Ash Iver said.
Ash nodded.
Ash picked up Pikachu, whose face was smeared with ketchup.
"Pika!!" Pikachu squeaked sadly.
Ash patted his Pokemon. "We have to find Serena, buddy."
"Right now?" Clemont asked, pulling at the neck of his jumpsuit.
"Yes.. Why?" Ash said.
"No reason." Clemont said.
"He's shy around girls.." Bonnie muttered. "I hope he doesn't run off."
"I don't run off! You run off!"
"Do not!"
"Do too!"
Ash rolled his eyes and slapped his hand over Clemont's mouth so he would shut up.
"Mmsh!" Clemont said, muffled.
Ash laughed diabolically. "Who's the silence now?"
"Mm." Clemont mumbled sadly.
