The one who, so many years ago, asked for a dance, tries to keep it together as he leans over his partner. They're in the hospital and the doctor says it won't be long. He leans down to his wife's ear and begins to sing softly.

"Cause lovers dance when they're feeling in love. Spotlight shining, it's all about us."

Tears drip onto the white pillow as she listens to him sing their song. The song they met to, first kissed to, got married to. And now, the song one of them would die to.

"Do you hear that, love? They're playing our song." She says weakly, quoting the line from earlier in the song.

"Every heart in the room will melt. This is a feeling I've never felt." His voice breaks as the truth of the line rings true, as the monotone sound of the flatline resounds. He kisses her forehead as her hand goes limp in his. He lets his head fall to the pillow, his tears flowing freely. He knows they would be reunited one day, twirling in rhythm to their song.

But it's all

It's all about us
