*SID'S P.O.V*
I start to bounce in my seat a little when I see the 'Knot Mansion come into view. I notice a dark blue truck sitting in the driveway and briefly wonder who had arrived before Haley, Isabella and I. That thought dissipates as soon as it came, and I eagerly pull into the driveway and park.
Haley senses my excitement and chuckles. "Rowdy much?" she teases me. I shove the car door open and grin. "More like psyched!" I answer, slamming the door and bouncing over to her side.
I hear her laugh when I open her door, and she steps out as well. She turns to get Isabella and I hurry to open the trunk and get our bags.
Arms full, I rejoin Haley, who was cradling a sleeping Isabella, and we make our way to the porch.
I guess I had gotten a little too excited, because I miss a step and drop a couple bags on my foot with a loud thump. I wince in pain, cursing a bit.
Haley nudges my side and gives me a look. I return a sheepish smile and pick up the bags, then step onto the porch.
*COLLEEN'S P.O.V*
The guys finally pick out a video game to play (Destiny had won). Jay, Shawn, Jake and Alessandro were battling in teams of two, one against the other. Craig sits on the floor, quietly watching while I sit with Corey, Mick and Chris on the couch.
I was sitting in Mick's lap with my feet in Corey's and had a blanket and Mick's arms around my shoulders. I was perfectly comfortable and was about to doze off when a loud thump and some cursing sounds from outside.
I feel Chris get up to go answer the door. I glance around to see that Craig had followed him.
Then I hear Sid's voice chattering cheerfully with Chris.
Grinning, I shrug out of Mick's hold and get up to go greet Sid.
I hurry to the front foyer just in time to see Sid release Craig from a bear hug. Then he spots me, and a huge grin split his features. "Col!!! You're here!!" he says excitedly, running to me and sweeping me up in his arms.
"Sid! Finally, I thought you weren't coming!!" I squeal, hugging him hard. I hadn't realized how much I missed my uncle until now.
He releases me with a chuckle. "Well, I'm here now! Haley's here, too, and Isabella!" He steps to one side to let Haley pass by him.
I smile and was about to hug Haley when I notice that Isabella was sleeping in her arms.
I giggle quietly at the adorable sight, and settle for giving her a quick side hug. She smiles, returns the hug (a bit awkwardly) and readjusts Isabella's blanket. "Is there an empty room where I can lay down with her?" Haley whispers.
Chris overhears and says softly, "You can crash in Sid's room. Follow me. Craig, would you grab the bags please?" Craig nods and picks up the bags while Chris and Haley head up the stairs.
Sid wraps an arm around my shoulders and we walk back to the man cave. When we enter, Sid hollers, "What's good, bitches!?"
Without looking up, Shawn yells back, "I'm totally wiping the floor with Alessandro, that's what's good!"
Corey laughs, then gets up and pulls Sid into a hug. "Glad to see you, Siddy," Corey says cheerfully.
"Glad to see you too, Corey. Dude, am I the last one?" Sid asks. He pulls away and looks around.
"Yup! The 'Knot's back together!" Corey answers. I giggle again and Sid grins. "Excellent! This is gonna be great, I can already tell!!" Sid declares.****AUTHOR'S NOTE****
