Joseph POV
I woke up ready to ride today I am going to get Kenya back, I got out of bed and went to the shower. After I finished I did the rest of my morning hygiene. I text Trisha to see how she doing, and to tell her the plan on how I plan to get Kenya back. I got a text from Ty telling me to go pick up the money from Kelvin. When I got there I notice Kelvin with his new assistant, she turned around and I was so confused.
"What are you doing here Ms.Ross ?"
"What do you mean I work for Mr. Jacobs." she said looked at me then to Kelvin and stormed off. I looked at Kelvin he handed me the money said I'll handle this. I looked at them walk away and got back in my car to go make sure the guns for this move was still straight.
Kelvin Jacobs POV
I got inside the building and asked Becky the front desk attendent where Trisha went, she told me on my floor so I took the elevator to the top floor and saw her in my office on the couch crying I looked at her and asked whats wrong.
"Are you involved with this gang shit that got my daughter caught up?" She asked sitting up.
"Your daughter? Wait no, how do you know Joseph?"
"Yes my daughter she has been seeing Joseph for a few days and just yesterday I was told her and my god daughter has been snatched up, so what was in the bag Mr.Jacobs?" I could hear the anger in her voice but can I trust her enough to tell her my family background.
"I know the kid through my brother I didn't know anything about anyone getting snatched. I was told to pass the money to him." Keeping some details out.
"I moved from North Carolina to keep them safe how could I let this happen."
"Look you going through alot right now what about I take you somewhere to help clear your mind." She looked up looking unconvinced.
"Don't worry I'm sure the kid is working hard and will get your daughters back."
We got in elevator and I held her cause she was still crying. We went to my limo I told him to take us to my hanger. We got on the plane and landed in New Orleans.
"Why are we here?" she asked stepping out the jet.
"Well I wanna take you to the place I like to clear my mind." I said grabbing her hand, and opening the car door for her.
"Wow what is this place its really beautiful has such a homey feeling." she said stepping out the car.
"This was my mom's house no one live here but when I have a lot to think about around this time I like to come and sit on the back porch." we walked to the back porch and sat on the bench.
"Every time something was bothering me I would sit right here watching the sunset and my mom would come and talk to me. So now I'm going to help you, talk to me." I said putting her feet on my leg and started massaging them.
