" How could you " Raquel said standing up.

DeShawn stood up right behind her

" Oh shit " Imani said.

" Raq don't be like that she just wanted to see you, she's clean now, she's a different person, she's been working her ass off to prove that to me, I gave her a chance, now it's your turn " RJ said.

" Really RJ outta' all the days to do this to me, today, why would you bring her here, you know I can't stand this bitch " Raquel said.

" Raquel chill out " DeShawn said.

" Hell no I'm done being on chill mode, RJ I can't believe you would do this to me and you wanna' know how I really feel, fuck you, and her " Raquel said.

" Oh so I'm the bad guy now, fuck me, you serious right now " RJ said.

" You should've never brought her here " Raquel said.

" Maybe I should go " Rolonda said turning around and leaving.

" Yeah you do that and stay gone " Raquel said.

Rolonda walked out regretting the trouble she just caused ruining Raquel's special day, she didn't mean no harm, she just wanted to see Raquel

Oviously Raquel was ready to face her

" Yah' real fucked up fo' dat' " August said walking up next to RJ.

" Oh so I'm in the wrong " Raquel said surprised.

RJ grabbed Raquel's arms pulling her in the house along with August

" The fuck is yo' problem, you didn't have to treat her like that, she just wanted to see you damn " RJ nearly yelled in her face.

" Really you'll asking me what my problem is, naw' the real question is how long you too been known she was up and didn't bother saying anything " Raquel said.

" What difference does it make, you didn't even wanna' see her anyway " RJ said.

" The week you got raped " August said.

Raquel gasped

" You'll could've said something " Raquel said.

" We didn't because of the way you just acted " RJ said.

" What you'll expect " Raquel said.

" Give her a fucking break she was on drugs she let the drugs take over her brain and that was it, she was gone, the drugs took over, it wasn't her hitting you, it was the drugs, she was gonna' explain everything but you didn't even give her the time of the day " RJ said.

Raquel's face softened

" Look it wasn't ha' fault, she just been holding in all that pain and hurt, you finally let it out, I feel for yah' Raq " August said.

" Just chill ok " RJ said.

" Ok but now I feel kinda' bad " Raquel said.

" We'll invite her back over some other time, you just need some time to think " RJ said walking out with August behind him.

" Do I really feel bad, was I too hard on her " Raquel thought in her head .

11:00pm

Raquel and DeShawn just got finished moving all of Raquel's boxes into her condo and they were exhausted

Raquel is gonna' unpack them all on her own time she's not in a rush

" Why can't you just move in here with me " Raquel said.

" It'll be too much of a struggle driving back and forth to my games, practices, and classes " DeShawn said.

" Ok but it won't be that hard, you haven't chose a condo yet and this one is not that far from your college " Raquel said.

" Baby I'mma' need you to be ok with this, it's just temporary " DeShawn said.

Raquel nodded her head getting up walking away to her new bedroom

" Raquel don't start " DeShawn said.

Raquel ignored him walking in her room laying on her bed grabbing her pillow crying her eyes out

DeShawn came in kicking his shoes off stripping out his clothes until he was in his boxers and got in the bed under the covers

Raquel got up stripping out her clothes until she was completely naked and put on DeShawn's T - shirt

She got back in the bed under the covers

DeShawn pulled her close and they cuddled

" Our love is forever " DeShawn said.

" Always had been " Raquel said wiping her tears away.

" Always will be " DeShawn said kissing her forhead.

" I'll think about it " DeShawn said.

" Ok good egnough " Raquel said.

Their legs tangled and they gently squeezed each other in each other arms

" You gotta' get a new bed " DeShawn said.

" I will soon " Raquel said.

They fell asleep soon after that was said
