Just You & Me (Hajime X Chiaki)

   Hinata's face lit up in surprise. The air is steady. There's only silence. Just me & him.

  "Y-you remember me?" Hinata says, steadily.

Yes, I remember. I remember everything. I'm standing here to meet him. But, what surprised me is that... he remembers me?

"Of course, I remember."

All of a sudden, I'm in his embrace. His arms surrounded me. Grasping and clinging. His scent is sweet... His body warm. For a moment, my eyes start to heavy.

I bury my face into his chest, pulling him closer. I felt him tense up.

"C-chiaki? W-what..."

"I missed you."

Looking up, titling my head sideways... I see his face red. Not just red, but a deep crimson. His light green eyes opened in surprise. His lips quivering in embarrassment.

"I-I..."

His lips pursed. He slowly shrugged up his shoulders and hastily pushed me away. My legs almost buckle. He grips onto me tightly. Moving my hands towards his cheek, I touch just ever so lightly. His face reddens.

**HINATA'S POV**

Chiaki's hand is so soft... Why did I ever let her go? I placed my hand on top of hers. I wish I can stay here in this moment forever. Forever is such a long time, but I wouldn't mind spending it with her. 

(Very, very, very cheesy. I know.)

I can feel my face getting hot. I stiffen that the thought of having my face red.

"You're blushing! ...I think." Chiaki says, smiling.

"I'm not!" I turn away quickly. "You're just having hallucinations!"

Chiaki wraps her arms around my neck, inching herself closer towards me.

"This seems real to me. Maybe..."

"W-w-well..." I stumble on my words. I probably look stupid to her. I slowly glance at her face. She's still smiling.
