A/N I couldn't think of a better name. I told you I'm not very creative. I guess you'll just have to live with it 😈. So I'm on my bus right now and there might be a couple of revisions, sooooooo... Yeah. To the story!
I watch as Josh calls over a guy I hadn't met before. Wait, what am I talking about? I've never been outside of my pocket dimension so of course I haven't met him before. He had strawberry blond hair with a certain color brown of which people call 'hazel' I belive. Well, he had 'hazel' eyes then. What? I haven't been to school before. I was homeschooled.
"Hello," I greet the boy. He was probably a volenteer. "I'm Scarlett A.K.A Kilala. But you can call me Scarlett." I politely say to him. "Like the booth and hair?" He questions me. Josh looks at him with fear in his eyes. The boy doesn't seem to catch on though. "Yes, like the booth and hair." I grit my teeth. "I like it. I'm Dennis, a volenteer and huge fan of yours."
"Thank you. I'm flattered," I try my best to sound calm. "It's just that it gets pretty annoying when people refer to my hair, name, and color all the time. But I appreciate the compliment. Thank you." I explain. "You're welcome. Now, shall we?" Dennis asks totally oblivious to the tension in the booth.
"We shall." I answer, motioning for my dad to follow me. Obediently, he followed me remembering what he did to make me mad (A/N See Chapter 2). Dennis takes us to a stage. He then motions for us to the stage. "Okay, wait backstage until we're finished making our opening speach." He informs us. "Okay. We'll just wait here." I say for me and dad.
"Okay good. I'll just go up there. C'mon Josh," Dennis motions for Josh to come onstage with him. "Hello everybody! I welcome you to the grand unveiling of the great Kilala!" Dennis announces. Josh then follows up. "Right now Kilala is just in the back with her father. She promised that she would tell us why we have never seen her up until now!" The crowd starts an uproar with whoops and yells of triumph for making it to the event. "There will also be a handshaking and autograph booth today for Kilala!" Apparently that was some kind of special announcement and the crowd became even louder. I'm pretty sure my ears were bleeding right now. "Everyone calm down! You will each get a chance to meet Kilala so let me finish, please!" Dennis pleaded.
It surprisingly worked. "Thank you. Now, for the first time may I announce, Kilala!" Josh introduced me, giving me and dad the okay to come on stage. I take toward stage, with dad at my heels. "Helloooooo everyone! It's me! Kilala! It is so nice to meet you in the flesh instead of behind a computer screen. You have no idea how much this means to me for so many of you to come out and greet me." I tell them, taking the microphone from a table.
"It's just like my entries, right? Remember 'Helloooooo everyone!'? Repeat please!" The crowd repeats me, some even managing to repeat me perfectly. "Nice one guys! I can't belive that I'm actually here today! Now, let's talk about where I've been." Everyone holds their breath waiting for a response. "I - I have never been outside of my pocket dimension in my life. Ever." I hear the crowd gasp. My father put his hand on my shoulder for reassurance.
"My dad did it to protect me and I understand. He's my dad, gotta love em'. He can be pretty annoying sometimes. I take that back, ALOT of times!" I hear people in the crowd laugh at my reaction. I usually acted like this in my blog so they're used to it. "But, I know my dad loves me and he just wants to protect me. My dad also homeschooled me and taught me all I know about witchcraft. In dact, you probably don't know this but I'm a professional witch," Roars of approval came from the crowd.
"First off, my real name is Scarlett. Yes, like the hair and booth. Please don't tease me about it on my blog. Now do any of you know why I'm here or what time it is?" I repeat the joke I told my dad. Everyone shouted ADVENTURE TIME!! Man, that never gets old. "Yes and guess what else?" I prod on. "What?" They ask. "Birthday time!" I reply. I hear Congratulations' and 'Happy birthday' from the crowd.
"Thank you guys! I appreciate it very much that you care about little old me. Sad face 😢." The crowd laughs at the nostalgia I brought back to them with my funny ways. "I'm turning 18 today, so dad let me come today and since I'm of age dad is letting me out of my pocket dimension and into my very own appartment!" I announce. The crowd goes wild.
Mainly because that means that I will be making more appearances in public. "Now, enough me. It's time to talk about you. Let's go." I motion for the crowd to follow me to the booth
A/N Phew! 963 words! That's pretty good if I do say so myself! I love Wattpad! By the way my first follower followed me today! Yay! Her name is Antoinette1456 and she's pretty cool! I hope to get closer to her because she is my first follower and she's just cool. Of course she's cool she followed me. Wow, modest much Jasmine? Well this A/N has gone on far enough so I'm just going to stop typing. Bye!
