You know how there is always an alpha and a luna no matter where you are? Right now I'm the Luna of my asl class. My friend Josh is the probable alpha. We keep the peace and no one messes with us. I have to deal with kids who are very different and often make problems. As in just now a guy named noah tijerna just started smarting off to the substitute. I told him to calm down and just follow her directions. He did. He went where he was meant to go and came back calm and collected. The difference between being an inforcer and a dictator is knowing that some people take power. The teacher always takes leadership. If not then me or Josh do. No one messes with each other. It's a balanced system. Of course there is an omega. Like always it is usually the smallest or weakest of the group. The omega of this class is Noah Ford. He never contributes to the class in a positive way. He tries to tear people down and if I have to get on to him he immediately stops. He recognized that I was a leader and should be listened too. I try and never question Josh's choices but when they are I usually win. That is how I see the world. In a pack alpha/luna way.
Till tomorrow my friend
