JASON'S POV
I can't believe that my mate ran away from me. After she left I was contemplating if I should go after her but I decided against it. I walked home and went into the living room to see Alpha Lake and Luna Stacey. I walked in and sat it the arm chair.
"Hey good evening. " I said with a sigh.
"Now whats up Jason? " Alpha Jake asked with a rose perfectly shaved eyebrow.
"Nothing ." I replied frustrated.
"Oh come on, you don't always act/sulk like this bro." He answered back. I sigh and said
"My mate ran away from me. "
They looked between each other then turned back to me.
"Wait hold up. What is your mates name? " Jake asked.
"Her name is Amy and she looked quite scared when I saw her also she was the person being chased by the 20 rouges. " I said all in one breath.
"Oh my. That is Amy Gonzalez. She is the daughter of the alpha and Luna of the Blue Moon Pack. They use her as a maid and they hardly feed her. They told her never to look into anybody's eyes or face because they didn't want her to find her mate. They also beat her for the simplest things she does." Luna Stacey explained. I sat there taking in all the information. I can't believe it. MY MATE HAVE BEEN ABUSED FOR UNNECESSARY THINGS. Anger sought through my body just by imagining the things they did to her.
"I am going to meet my mate at the lake and see if I can get any info on her life story." I said through gritted teeth.

The next morning I went and sat on the bank of the lake. I waited until I saw Amy. She came and stood by the water and looked down in the water at her reflection. After a couple of minutes I stood up and walked closer to the edge of the lake.
"Hey Amy can you come across on the other side?" I shouted over to her.
"Um.......w-why?" She asked nervously looking around.
"I want to be friends if that is OK with you. " I answered back.
"Are you going to let me get into trouble?" She asked looking around.
"No, no. I will rather protect you than let you get in trouble." I told her.
"You better because I would have kicked your ass." My wolf Ryder said.
"Um.... OK." She said and walked across. When she reached I took her hand in mind and began to lead the way to my hide out. Well it is actually a meadow. We walked for five minutes then we came up to it.
"This is so beautiful." She gasped and released my hand and ran into the meadow. She started to giggle and spin around like a small girl admiring her flowery Sundress. I chuckled and walked over to where she was.
"Do you like it?" I asked while scratching the back of my neck and started looking at anything other than her.
"I don't like it I love it." She squealed.
"I'm glad you like it." I said releasing the breath that I never knew I was holding. We played around for quite a while until she said she had to go. We walked back to the lake hand in hand.
"We're here." I said.
"I don't want her to go." Ryder said in a sad voice.
"Me either man. Me either." I replied.
"Don't make her leave." My oh so manly wolf whined.
