"I'm up!" I yell when the bell goes off.
"Oh my god, finally. I thought you were dead," Shanti says
"Where am I?" I ask.
"School."
I groan, "Wake me up when school's over."
"Nope," Shanti responds as she pulls my ear and drags me out the door.
"What was that big ring?" I ask.
"The school bell," Shanti says. "Which you would've know if you were paying attention. You're lucky I covered for you anyway." I barely focus on half of what she's saying because Justin just walked passed. He winks at me and I blush. "Ooohhhh," Shanti says before making a kissing face.
"Oh shut up," I said. It's only a date. I think to myself. Only a date.
