Goodbye

zoës PoV:

I was still crying when suddenly Alfie, joe,mum and dad came running in, they were all crying " Zoë .." my mum said gently, she couldn't even finish her sentence, "Zoë ," my dad says "Zoë your...dying" they all burst into tears and I was in complete shock "wha.." I couldn't hold back the tears, " they say you have about 6-8 more hours, they wanted to let you say goodbye" I couldn't breathe I just sat and cried with my family, I didn't know what to do.

Alfie's PoV:

"Someone needs to tell the others" I said so softly that it was practically a whisper. Everyone just stared at each other so I voulenteered to do it, I gave Zoë a huge hug and stepped out the room. when I found everyon they were all crying, Jim the most, when they saw me their faces all filled with concern "we've had some news" said Jim, "Tanya's been paralysed, she'll never walk again." Jim burst into tears again and I just put my arms around him " we've had some news as well... zoës dying.." I was fighting back the tears so hard as everyone burst out crying "she has about 8 hours they say, time to.....say goodbye" I couldn't hold the tears back any longer, I was sat next to Jim and we cried together. "I need to see her." Louise squeaked, "of course, come with me" we walked in silence to zoës room. Louise put her hand on the door knob but didn't open it at first. "Louise?" I said "I don't know if I can do this" she cried, "we'll do it together." we walked in and as soon as Zoë saw Louise she burst into tears again. zoës face lit up at Louise though, what was I going to do without her?

Louise's PoV:

I couldn't believe what I had just been told, I just wanted to see Zoe. I had to see Zoe. Alfie led me to where she was and as soon as I saw her I just cried. Zoe's family were kind enough to step out for a second and it was just me and my chummy. "what the hell am I going to do without you?" I said so softly it was almost a whisper.
