-Unwanted Attention-

-Alex's POV-

About a few meters away, stood a girl being surrounded by a guy, who obviously was unwanted.

I push my way through the crowd towards them.

As I get to her, I push him back signalling for him to back off.

He's resistant to my actions. He tries again to get close to her but I shove him back, with a lot more force for him to hit the wall. As soon as he regained himself he lunged at me. He grabbed my collar in a fist but being me, I had the advantage of my height so I returned the favour. I pressed him high against the wall with both first, firmly digging into his chest.

"Leave the girl alone." I growl.

He nods rapidly.

I drop him on the ground letting him recover his breath.

I turn around to see the girl leaving the room and exiting the house. I follow her.

As soon as I get out, I see her sat on the curb with a jacket wrapped around her. I take a seat beside her.

"I did the right thing, yeah?" I ask.

She looks at me and nods.

I scan her face. Her expression shows a mild look of shock.

"Are you okay? I can call a cab if you want?" I ask, pulling out my phone.

Just then my phone starts ringing.

"I didn't know cabs called you." She laughs a little.

I laugh. Then pick up the phone.

"Alex?" Trott says.

"Hey! What's up?" I ask.

"How are you?" He asks, his voice uncertain.

"Great! I've made some nice friends, I haven't really been up to much. How about you?" I ask, turning away from the girl.

"I'm glad," he pauses, "I'm.. okay."

I frown, "how late is it there?"

"Ehh, 2am." Trott says sadly.

"Come on baby, you have to sleep! Don't stay up all night, it's not good for you." I complain.

I hear him mutter something and then speak, "of course."

"Chris." I say sternly.

I hear him sigh, "I'm sorry, I only have Ross right now and it's annoying because I don't want to cuddle him and I can't cuddle him! I want you!"

"Chris, Chris, look cuddle Ross as much as you want but don't get carried away or else," I laugh a little, "I miss you too. It hurts, I know it does. But you can get through this, we both know that."

"I know. I just hope you're having a good time." Chris says.

"I gotta go," I pause, "I love you."

"I love you too." He replies.

I hang up the phone placing it back in my pocket.

I turn to the girl and sit beside her again.

Her head falls making her look at the ground, "you're gay."

I slowly nod my head, "yes."

"Okay." She replies bluntly.

"Do I need your permission to be gay??" I scoff.

She shakes her head, "no, no."

"Good." I reply.

"I better be off." She says getting up.

I get up with her and then hand her some cash, "call a cab or something."

She nods and I walk back into the house to find the others again.
