Later that evening, Rick was playing with Joseph, when Joseph did the most unexpected thing. He said his first word. Rick and Amanda were so surprised. Joseph's first word was "Doggy!!!" He did watch a lot of "Harry the Happy Hound." "Wow, good job Joseph!!!" Amanda said with pride in her voice. They were both so proud. They even gave little Joseph a cookie. Joseph was so proud of himself as well. He smiled happily.
