The Move

"I don't wanna move mommy." Says Abby. "Sweetie, you know we have to because daddy got a new job in Colorado." Says Rebecca ( Abby's mom ). " But I have so many friends here, I'll miss them. " Says Abby. " I'm sorry but we have to, we don't have a choice. We need the money." Says Rebecca while squatting down level to Abby. " OK fine." Says Abby while crossing her arms. " Now come on, we need to finish packing your stuff." Says Rebecca while picking up Abby and carrying her upstairs. " We only have my bear and some clothes left to pack." Says Abby while pointed to her stuff. " Let me go get some more boxes." Says Rebecca while walking downstairs. " I love you beary, your always there for me when I'm scared." Says Abby while hugging her bear. SCREECH " What was that? " Says Abby while hugging her bear even tighter. " Moooom... moooom...moooom! " Says Abby while running downstairs. "Yes, sweetie! What's Wrong!" Says Rebecca while running to Lucy and picking her up. " I heard a screeching sound upstairs and I got scared." Says Abby while hugging her mom really tight. " Aww, its OK. I'm here now." Says Rebecca. " OK... did you find the boxes yet?" Says Abby. " Yah, there right over here. Here you can help me carry them upstairs." Says Rebecca while putting Abby down and grabbing a box. " Can i keep my bear with me on the way to Colorado?" Says Abby while grabbing a box and starting to walk upstairs. " Sure sweetie." Says Rebecca while walking beside Abby.

"Mommy are we there yet." Says Abby while dozing off. "Almost, just five minutes." Says Rebecca while looking on her phone for the directions. ( Five minutes later ) " Wake up Abby, were here. " Says Rebecca while getting out of the car. " H...huh " Says Abby while slowly waking up. " Come on sweetie, were at the house." Says Rebecca while unbuckling Abby. " Oh, OK." Says Abby while grabbing her bear. " I wanna get unpacked as soon as possible, OK?" Says Bob while popping the trunk and taking out boxes ( Abby's dad ). " OK, Abby you can get a light box of your stuff and put it into your room." Says Rebecca while carrying boxes into the house. " OK, mommy." Says Abby while grabbing a box and taking it to her room. ( When Abby go's to her room and looks outside her window she see's a shadowy figure in the street ). " Mom! Do we have any neighbors?" Says Abby while backing away from her window and running downstairs to her mom. " Huh, oh. I don't know if we have any neighbors or not, why? Did you see someone?" Says Rebecca while picking up Abby. " I saw a shadowy figure outside my window, in the street." Says Abby while hugging her bear. " I don't know what to tell you Abby. It was probably nothing. Do you need any help unpacking?" Says Rebecca. " Yah, I cant get my clothes into my closet, i'm too short to reach it." Says Abby. " OK." Says Rebecca while walking upstairs. " I don't see anyone outside." Says Rebecca while looking out the window. " Maybe i'm just seeing things." Says Abby while unpacking her clothes. " OK, whatever you say. " Can we have McDonald's for dinner tonight?" Says Abby. " Sure, we don't have the stove unpacked anyway. So we can't cook anything." Says Rebecca while putting clothes into Abby's drawers. " Yay!" Says Abby while jumping up and down. " We have to finish unpacking the boxes before we can go tho. You don't anyone stealing our stuff." Says Rebecca. "OK, that's fine." Says Abby while unpacking the boxes faster.
