The weeks went by with excruciating pain in your internal organs, you didn't bother drinking medicine to stop it in it's tracks cause afterall this was pain cause by magic not physical illness. So you went to the alternatives when it comes to numbing it. Booze.
"Excuse me, if I may ask. Why are you buying fifteen cans of beer?" The cashier asks suspiciously as they eyed the haggard look on your face.
"Party." You answered plainly as you fished out money from your wallet. "How much is this all?"
"Uh, twenty dollars.." You handed over a hundred. "Do you want me to double the plastic just in case?"
"Yea, sure, go wild buddy." You recieved your change and stuffed it carelessly in your front pocket. Once they hand over the plastic you muttered a small thanks and went your way.
You didn't how how you manage to haul all those cans back to your apartment but you did it so it's nothing less of a miracle.
You threw the plastic bags beside the sofa before settling down yourself and grabbing a can of beer. You cracked it open and raised it in the air. "Asta la vista motherfucker!" You yelled towards your body before taking a huge swig. "Ah fuck! Forgot how this shit tastes like.." You nearly gagged as the alcohol hits the back part of your tongue; you glanced over to the other fourteen can before chugging the one that is currently in your hand.

"I-I'm going.. t-to roa..st that He-Hellspawn!" You slurred as you drunkenly grabbed your key from the coffee table infront of you before stumbling towards the front door. "He fucken thinks he could out live me?! Well bitch g-guess what! I'm immortal!" You screeched loudly unaware that you have a few neighbors outside tonight.
