Chapter 3

"Sakura?" Ino tapped lightly on her apartment door, she waited for a response but no one answered, placing her ear against the door, she heard crying.

Sighing the blue eyed girl knocked again.

"Sakura open the door." Ino said, waiting for a reply she felt a vein popping and knocked furiously "Oi forehead. If you're not opening this door. I'm going to bust it down!" Ino screamed.

She huffed and placed her hands on her hips, getting pissed at her bestfriend.

Without hesitating she kicked the door open and walked in, she looked around her apartment. Her eyes scanning the stilled empty apartment, no sign of movement.

Ino walked around the room, she glanced at the dresser that had a photo framed faced down on the table. A sudden wave of panic washed through her.

"This is not good." Ino whispered and ran to her wardrobe all her clothes gone and shoes gone.

"No. Sakura!" Ino dashed out of the apartment.

Ino looked from roofs, forests to restaurants and at the Hokage's office.

"No! Forehead you better not leave me." Ino cried before tripping over her own feet grazing her knee on the rocky path, she winced as she tried to get back up. Tears brimmed in her eyes, the thought of her friend leaving sspun around, not knowing where to search anymore, tears brimmed in her eyes and her vision blurred, afamiliar red caught her, she blinked the tears away and saw Karin standing there, smiling.

"Ino righrightst? So sad that she isn't here." She shrugs, Ino took a step forward towards the red head, "You!" She points at the red head.

"Sorry but I can't let my plans give away too early." Karin said as she did a hand sign and making it with a puff of smoke.

Needle strings flew towards Ino and wrapped her whole body, she pulled her hands to a fist making Ino gasp for air.

The strings of needle were wrapped around her skin choking her and slicing through her clothes, the strings dug deeper in her beautiful white skin.

"Ahh....Sakura was right about you" Ino reached for her kunai but Karin was in front of her in seconds "Goodnight." She said and punched her stomach. "No-one else will know." Karin said as she walked towards the sleeping body of Ino's a hand hovering above her head.

"I've erased your memories and you won't remember meeting me." Karin chuckled. "Milady you've called for us?" the two man appeared kneeling beside her.

"Take her to her home and heal her remaining wounds, though the scars will be there." Karin said and left leaving the two of her companions to take Ino back.

Sakura foubd herself standing ontop of cliff that watched over Konoha Village, she was so tired after today's events, her hands grabbed for her kunai.

"Oh please Sakura, be more reasonable like that could ever kill me." Sakura was really getting fed up with this chick.

"I must say you seem to be appearing out of thin air. I'll hand it to you, you are quite a D rank actress." Sakura clapped.

Sakura noticed tgat she was slower, her eyes grew heavy as she shook her head Sakura staggered back, tripping only to shoot her hand out pushing herself off the floor and flipped, she made another hand signal and ran towards her again, this time landing a punch on Karin's ribs.

"Ugh! You're gonna pay for that." Karin wheezed only to stop short as she coughed blood up "Heh." Sakura said as she kicked her again, her vision blurred and her body grew heavy.

"What the hell?" 00

"Looks like it's starting to spread through your body." Karin got up holding her ribs. "What... what are you talking about?" Sakura asks, shaking her head from dizziness, her knees gave in and she fell, hitting the ground hard.

"When we were fighting in the forest yesterday the kunai you've been touching was poisonous to skin." Karen laughed almost to hard she coughed up more blood. "Damn it."

"Takase, throw her over the cliff. I'm going to go back to the hospital it's almost time for my check up by the nurse."

Karen disappeared in a puff of smoke. Sakura felt her body being lifted up by Takase and thrown down. Her hands reached out for something to grab on, anything. Sakura felt her body hit the water, she yelped put in pain Struggling to get herself up, her eyes widened as she felt a sharp pain behind her head.

Sakura floated stilled as blood drifted around her, her eyes slowly shutting close. Is she really dying like this? Was she always this weak? What kind of shinobi dies like this? Her thoughts of her family drifted through her head.

This was the end. She knew, god how could she be so stupid. Her village headband came off, her green eyes saw the konoha crest float, that was tge last thing she saw before Sakura blacked out.
