Obviously there is going to be hate in every fandom. But why do people pick on this fandom? Here are a few reasons why:
*Drama
*Zoophilia
*Murrsuiting
*Furry Lingo
*Roleplay
*Just "Being a Furry"
*Creepy Costumes
*Random Hugs
Some of these are very much true, but it isn't a majority of the fandom. Zoophilia is a fetish where you have a sexual attraction to your pet or a certain animal. This is only 14 percent of the fandom. Not a lot of people. That is a stereotype along with murrsuiting. Murrsuiting is where two or more furries have sex in a fursuit. Only 4 percent do that. Most furries can't even afford a suit. (lol) The rest of the fandom just like to be normal like going to cons or making YouTube and/or Vine videos. Never believe rumors because you might be shutting a door to a new opportunity!
