She's a mystery shrouded in her cloak of fine
And maybe she can see that once there was a time when she did smile
I miss her everyday and lord I want her here
She's like the sun and I'll go blind soon
Yet I'll never turn away because what if she decides
She's so beautiful and I imagine her in a forest
Her feet in moss and growing into the earth
She's telling me that her heart is still beating
And that one day she'll grow into me like leaves
The sprout of a new hope and a new life.
