"BEEP"
"BEEP"The alarm goes off signaling me to wake up
"Vanessa,wake up!"my mom calls from downstairs. I groan and shout back "Mom, leave me alone, just leave the key on the table!"
I hear footsteps coming up
"Vanessa, are you not going to school or did I get the date wrong?"mom asked
I suddenly jump up remembering that today is the first day of school and I'm going to 11th grade
"Mom! Why didn't you wake me up earlier? "I said while running to the bathroom
Today was the day I've been waiting for ever since new years Eve because of something that happened between me and my ex-boyfriend.
Okay enough about that, all I want today is enjoy school and be with my friends.
I stripped my PJ's and got into the shower, I washes my hair and body with my favorite shampoo and body wash cause it's a special day today.
After I was done showering, I got out wrapped towel around me also on my hair while brushing my teeth.
Then I went to my bedroom closet to find something to wear for the day. After 5 minutes of looking around I finally decided on my favorite denim shorts and a pink croptop that's written Love in white on it with my pink and white vans.
I put on some mascara and lip gloss with my hair up in a bun. After I was done, I checked my self for the last time in mirror then grab my bag and went downstairs for breakfast which is cereal.
"Mom, are you there?"I called to check if mom was still in the house but she wasn't there . A note was there"Darling, have a nice day at school and enjoy yourself . Might be a little late tonight. I'll call you if I'll be staying over at a friend
Love Mom "
"I guess I better walk now before I'm late " I said while grabbing a chocolate bar and water with the keys and went out of the door.
