The very next day James found Yani in the library with Ark. And he can see that the both of them are really close to each other. He wants to grab Yani's arm and bring her some where far from Ark but he knows that if he do it Yani might think that he is becoming a possessive friend. So all he did was join them even if all he wanted was to be with Yani alone and he doesn't want any other guy to have her attention.
Yani was so happy to be with his two best buds in the campus but she thinks that the two of them are not in a good mood especially James who had join their table. She can feel the cold treatment that James is giving to Ark he may not be saying he doesn't like him but she can feel it. So before the two of them fight she told Ark that she would go to Robinson's with James which is not part of her plan that day but if that would make the two of them stay away from each other she will do it.
When James and Yani said goodbye to Ark and leave the campus, Yani ask James
"Why are you giving Ark a cold treatment a while ago?"
"No I'm not giving him a cold treatment" James denied the truth
"Yes you are I can feel it James"
"No I'm not and what are you going to buy at Robinson's by the way?"
"Nothing I just felt that I need to separate you guys before you declare war" Yani replied
"What war? we are not gonna fight Yani calm down" James said and smiled
"Really James? are you still gonna lie huh? tell the truth or I will never talk to you again or worst you will never see again" Yani said with a very disappointing look towards James
"Fine I just don't like you to talk to other guys like the way you talk to me happy?"
"But why? I don't even know you are that possessive for a friend like me"
"You are not just a friend Yani you are important to me so sorry if I act like a jerk a while ago" James said and bow his head to avoid eye contact with Yani
"Apology accepted but next time please don't do that again Ark is a good guy and I like his company too" Yani said
"Is he a better guy than me? a better friend?"
"Silly you, you are both the best buds I can have and you are one important person to me James"
"Really more important than him?"
"Yes" Yani replied and smiled at him
After hearing what Yani said, James became confident and happy to know that Yani treasures him like he treasures her. After the dramatic scene that they had made, they went to timezone and have fun. They went home late and James was indeed happy for that day.
