My mom found me hiding on the bottom of our 20 feet deep swimming pool.

"Hi, mom!" I said cheerfully, climbing out.

"Zoë Nightshade Jackson, do you have anything to say for yourself?"

Uh oh, it was already at the full name stage.

"Uh, 'I'm so sorry for splashing Selena, I'll do her chores for a week'?"

Mom nodded. "Make sure you do." She said, then left the pool.

Yeesh, mom is harsh on punishments.

Just then, my absolutely adorable 4 year old brother, Luke, ran out the back door of the house. He came up to me and gave me a big hug. He pointed at the pool.

"You want to go swimming?" I asked him.

He nodded, his dirty blonde hair going over his eyes a bit. Luke is mute. He can't talk, but he is like the most perfect little brother anyone could ever have. He can also control water.

I jumped in the pool and held out my arms to him. "Come on!" I urged him.

Luke grinned and made a huge cannonball right in front of me. "Hey!" I protested, grinning at him while spitting the water out of my mouth. The little troublemaker!

I moved the water underneath him to hoist him up so it looked like he was sitting on a watery throne. "All hail Luke, god of water cannonballs!" I bowed.

He summersaulted into the water, creating another big splash.

"Oh, I see how it is!" I teased him. I quickly splashed him back. He made a pouty face at me before dousing me with a big wave. "I'm gonna get you!" I warned, before swimming up to him and tickling him. He quickly put his hands up in surrender. I hugged him and kissed the top of his head. Just then, my dad ran out and jumped in the pool. He was laughing hysterically about something. We found out soon enough when our grandma came stomping out. "Grandma!" I shrieked, jumping out of the pool, Luke right behind me. "Hello, Zoë! Luke!" She greeted before hugging us. "I didn't know you were visiting!" I accused. Grandma laughed. "It was a surprise visit! Now help me get your dad. He ate all the blue cookies when I specifically told him not to." She directed the last part at the pool, and we saw a watery replica of a plate of cookies held in the air. Luke shook his tiny fist at the pool while me and Grandma cracked up. Dad was sooooo gonna get it at dinner!

-Dinnertime-

Selena was giggling at something on her phone and Charlie and I were looking at a device Leo had made that allowed us to see what Selena was looking at. She and her friend were talking about cute boys. *gag gag* From this we had learned that my sister had a crush on Ryan, Frank and Hazels' child. He was 14 years old. (AN: It's been 17 years since the 2nd Giant War.) Me and Charlie looked at each other and smirked. We were so gonna use this against her.

My mom cleared her throat, getting our attention. "Well, since my Seaweed Brain of a husband," here dad smirked, "cannot manage to keep his hands off Sally's cookies, the 6 of us are going to have hot chocolate while your dad sits here to think about what he's done." Now it was my moms turn to smirk. My dad gave my mom his infamous puppy dog eyes. "Fine, Percy can come too." My mom sigh, giving in. "Yay! Woo hoo!" Dad whooped. Charlie and I laughed, while Selena rolled her eyes and muttered something about "immature parents" under her breath.
