CH. 17: Karma!!!

The walk to the Lich tower was quite uneventful. Besides from the sound of wildlife roaming the land and our feet stepping on the crunchy gravel path, it was completely silent.

In my opinion, I had no problem with this kind of silence. I would sometimes enjoy the conversations I have with myself. Makes me able to think about my life and how its been going. I would say that my life on earth was quite eventful what with being a body guard and in most cases an assassin but it can never reach to the this point now where I am able to fight monsters I know and love from my favorite game and meet hot girls that seem to be incredibly horny-!

"Hey!" Catherine shouted out, making me lose my train of thought, "Could you stop day dreaming for a second before you fall into that ravine."

I changed my point of view towards my feet to see that I was about one step away from falling about sixty feet into a ravine.

"Oh, thanks for the warning." I said, peering over the edge, which I proceeded to hop down into it, landing onto a ledge close to the wall.

I looked up to see a worried faced Catherine pop her head over the ledge to see that I was standing about 6 inches from her face.

"What the nether was that?!" She asked in an angered tone.

"I just wanted to check out this piece of ore here." I replied, pointing towards said ore, "Turns out it was just some iron."

With one swift movement, I hopped out of the ravine and landed right in front of the lizard lady. Catherine swiftly wrapped her tail and arms around me, with a bit of a sob coming out.

"Whats up with you?" I asked, wrapping my own arms around her, "Why are you like this?"

"I-I was worried about you..." Catherine sobbed as she quietly sniffled into my chest, "I thought you had fallen off the ledge and got injured..."

"Why would you be worried about something like that?" I asked.

"Well... its because... I can't afford to lose the one... I lost my purity to..." She responded in a softer tone, with a green blush to go along.

Well, if I were to tell the truth, I would say that I was not expecting that.

Not at all.

"Your'e purity?" I asked, which she squeezed me a little tighter.

"Don't say it too loud!" She demanded, her blush intensifying by the second, "Its embarrassing when you say it out loud..."

"Well how exactly did I make you lose your'e purity?" I asked in a quieter tone.

Catherine shuffled a bit in the spot, probably from the awkwardness. I peered over her head to see that Miranda and Lucy were staring at us suspiciously.

"What are you two talking about there?" Lucy asked, narrowing her eyes a bit.

" Don't worry about it." I inquired, raising my hand up and extending three fingers up, "We will be down in about three minutes."

They still seemed suspicious about this but decided not to go any deeper with it. I then turned my focus back to Catherine, gesturing for her to answer my previous question.

"Well, I guess you know that a reptile's most sensitive part is the tail..." Catherine paused for a second, probably trying to find the right words to use, "Well, when lizard people look for a mate, they perform an old ritual where the male and female wrap their tails together and constrict them, if the female is able to overpower the male then they would not be destined to be together..."
