Gianna's POV
"I just ran into him. Literally. We should probably get going. I don't want your mom to have to take care of my child all day," I said.

"Fine. But do you like him?" Brooke asked as we got into the car.

"Brooke! I just met him," I said.

The next day, Max texted me. I won't lie, it made me really happy.

Chloe's POV
Gianna has been acting weird lately. Not a bad kind of weird. She's just always really happy. She hasn't choreographed a dark or sad routine in a while. I don't know if she's just noticed that life is looking up for her, or if it's something else.

Gianna's POV
After work one night, I check my phone as I get into the car. I have one missed phone call. It's from Max. I call him back.

"Hello?" He asked.

"It's me," he fake sang.

I laughed.

"You called," I said.

"Yeah. I just wanted to chat," he said.

"Let me plug you into my car before I get going and let's chat," I said.

"OK," he said.

"OK, ready," I said.

"So, tell me about yourself. You know, your story," Max said.

"Well, I've been dancing since I was two. When was four I started dancing for Abby Lee Miller, and when was six
Abby started the Abby Lee Dance Company, and I danced there. I was Abby's favorite and everybody else's enemy. When I was fifteen, my mother died. I did my favorite solo dedicated to her two weeks later, before saying that I wanted to quit dance because of the other dancers and their moms at the studio. My father became an alcoholic, and I lived with Abby. I continued dancing. When I was sixteen I started working for Abby Lee. I was homeschooled since grade 4. My senior year, I gained friends and we performed my favorite group dance, PS Take Care Of My Baby. It received a perfect score at all the competitions it was competed at. I went to university and got a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Abby started abusing me and the dancers at her studio, before I ratted her out on it, and she got arrested. Now I own the ALDC and I also have a brain disease. What about you? What your story?" I asked.

"I started singing when I was three. I started playing piano when I was for. I started playing clarinet at age five, and saxophone at age six. Music has always been my life. I'm now a music teacher. Gia, I was wondering if you would like to come to see a movie with me tomorrow night?" Max asked.

"I'd love to, but I'm telling you now. My life has been going downhill lately. I'm like a grenade. You never know when I'm going to blow up," I said.

"I'll be outside your studio at 10:00 pm," Max said.

"See you then," I said.

"Bye," he said.

After teaching rehearsals the next day (which ended at nine),I got changed and redid my hair and makeup. I checked the time. 9:58pm. Max would be here any minute. I finished getting ready, locked up and headed outside. Max was waiting for me in his car. When he saw me, he got out, when around the car and opened the door for me.

"Your quite the gentleman. Thank you," I said as I got into the car.

We chatted about which movie we wanted to see before deciding. Max bought me everything. I really enjoyed the time at the movies. We got in the car after the movie.

"Gia, I've really enjoyed getting to know you to the point I have now. I was wondering, will you be my girlfriend?
