Zayn was finishing up his lesson with Ms. Wendy when Harry walked in. "Hey are we done?"

"Yeah actually I wanted to talk with you about something." Wendy said as Zayn jumped off his seat and ran into Harry's awaiting arms.

"Of course, what's up?" Harry asked, sitting down with Zayn in his lap.

"Well Zayn is getting close to being at where most kids his age are, so around this time when I'm working with kids I like to bring in their teacher that they will be with. Might help Zayn when he starts, he will know someone." Wendy said and Harry nodded.

"That would be great." Harry said smiling.

"Awesome and also she will be able to see how far along Zayn is and if he should stay with me longer or can start school. I also left Zayn some worksheets." Wendy said and Harry thanked her as he showed her out.

Liam decided to stay home that Friday, when Zayn's new teacher would be coming, so that way he could meet her too. "Zayn come on down here before they get here!" Liam yelled up the stairs to the young boy who he had just woken up from his nap. A couple minutes later Zayn was slowly coming down the stairs, gripping the stairwell like his life depended on it.

"Hey there sweetie, have a good nap?" Liam asked and Zayn nodded, leaning into Liam's legs sleepily.

"Are you excited to meet your teacher?" Harry asked and Zayn shrugged. Honestly the boy was terrified, he absolutely hated meeting new people because he was scared that she wouldn't like him and be mean to him. Harry and Louis knew how much Zayn hated meeting new people and that's why they were a bit worried with the boy starting school, especially when it came to making friends.

The doorbell rang and Zayn immediately grabbed on to Liam's hand and stood behind him causing the older man to coo. Harry was already at the door greeting the two women while Liam walked a bit slower with Zayn.

"Hello I'm Liam." Liam introduced as he finally made it into the foyer.

"Hi nice to meet you I am Elizabeth Roman. Nice to meet you!" the young woman said shaking Liam's hand.

"And this is Zayn. He's very shy." Liam said as he tried to coax Zayn out of his "hiding" spot.

"That's alright, I understand." Elizabeth said.

"Zaynie come on, say hi." Liam encouraged.

"H-hi." Zayn mumbled shyly causing the adults to coo.

"Alright your cuteness is to cute so, I won't make you talk to much today. Are you ready to go back though?" Ms. Wendy asked and Zayn gave a small nod and cautiously followed her into the dinning room. The door opened and Zayn looked at the timer confused. "Not quite that time yet buddy, it's just Ms. Roman." Ms. Wendy chuckled and Zayn blushed as Ms. Roman sat across from the two. "Okay so we usually start off with working on letters and so we'll play the matching game." Ms. Wendy said as she pulled out the cards with all the letters on them.

This was Zayn's favorite game they did because he didn't have to talk unless Ms. Wendy asked him what letter he had. Ms. Wendy flipped all the cards face down before trying to get Zayn to go first, but the boy always insisted she did because Louis once said to him, "Zayn to be the nicest guy in the world, all you have to do is stick by the rule that is lady's first."

Ms. Roman went next and then Zayn. And of course the older women let the boy win at the end of the game. "Okay so Zayn did you do your homework I gave you?" Ms. Wendy asked and Zayn nodded sliding her the worksheets. "Good job bud."

She quickly looked through them and made Zayn go back and fix a few mistakes, but overall everything looked good. "So Zayn why don't you show Ms. Roman how good you are at writing." Ms. Wendy encouraged, sliding a worksheet over to the boy. Zayn had to trace a few letters and numbers, which was quite easy for him.

He had been done for about five minutes, but Ms. Wendy and Ms. Roman where still talking and he didn't want to interrupt. Finally though, Ms. Roman noticed and said, "Zayn did you finish?" and the young boy nodded.

"You could have said something." Ms. Wendy teased.

"Don' wanna i-interrupt." Zayn mumbled and the two women cooed. The two read over his little worksheet, and Ms. Roman was quite impressed. Most kids in her class wouldn't write that good if it was literally given to them on a silver platter.

They moved on to math after that and Zayn did pretty good, only needing help a couple times. But finally the timer went off and Harry and Liam were walking in a few moments later. Zayn slip off the chair and ran straight into Harry's awaiting arms. "Were you good, baby boy?" Harry asked and Zayn nodded laying his head down on Harry's shoulder.

"He was really good, I was impressed. I think he is more than ready to start school." Ms. Roman commented.

"Really! That's great!" Liam said smiling.

"Yeah I can talk to the principal over the weekend and start getting him set up." Ms. Roman said and the two men thanked her before showing the two ladies out.

"Zayn are you excited, you get to go to school now!" Liam said throwing Zayn up in the air and catching him. Zayn gave simple shrug as he laid his head down and Liam's shoulder. Liam frowned and looked at Harry, "Bubba what's wrong?"

"S'cared." Zayn mumbled shyly, fisting his eyes. He knew what school meant. It meant he wouldn't get to see Harry and Liam as much, it meant he would have to talk loudly, which Zayn can't do.

"Aw baby I promise you will have so much fun and its only 3 times a week." Harry cooed as he took the boy from Liam and sat him on his lap. Zayn didn't say anything after that, he only laid his head down on Harry and stayed exactly like that.
