*Jungkook POV*

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I was currently walking to school with Jimin. He was talking rather animatedly about something or another. I wasn't sure what it was, but I listened enthusiastically.
He rarely talks this much in the morning, normally it's me that carries the conversation with him listening intently.
It was rather exciting to see my best friend and crush feeling so happy and energetic in the morning. I think we laughed and smiled all the way to school.
When we got to the university we went to our locker. Oh, I forgot. We share a locker. It was my idea. I thought since we're always together we might as well share a locker.
"Jungkook, have you seen my book for music history?" Jimin asked, his eyebrows furrowed as he rummaged around at the top of the locker.
I looked at the bottom of the locker and saw the book.
"Its right here." I said, bending down and pulling the book out of the locker. I handed it to him. He took it and smiled at me.
"Thanks Jungkookie!" He said. I nodded. He started bouncing on the balls of his feet cheerfully.
"Ok, so. Back to what I was saying on the way here!" He said happily. I couldn't help the small chuckle that escaped me. He was being too cute and wasn't even aware of it.
"Onward with your story!" I said dramatically with a heroic pose. He laughed and hit my shoulder lightly.
"Ok, so what happened next was-" He started with enthusiasm. However, he was cut off.
"My, my. Aren't you chiper today, Jimin?" I heard an unfamiliar voice say.
I saw Jimin tense up immediately at the voice, and he turned around. I looked and saw a mint green haired guy standing there.
"Yoongi hyung..." Jimin muttered.
I looked between him and this Yoongi. Who was he?
"Hyung? Who's he?" I asked, glancing at the new guy.
I don't think I even know him. And that's saying a lot because I know most of the people in this school. I may not be friends with them, but I at least know their names.
"Yoongi Hyung...h-he's..he-" Jimin tried to say, but Yoongi interrupted.
"I'm an acquaintance of Jimin here." He said. He walked over and put an obviously unwanted arm around Jimins' shoulder.
I looked on in confusion. If Jimin didn't want this Yoongi guy so close to him, why didn't he move away? And why's he standing there so riggedly?
"Um, ok...?" I mumbled, clearly confused.
"I'll just be taking Jimin here for a bit. We're..partners. For a project." Yoongi said. I looked at Jimin.
"Do you guys need help? I can come with you and-" I started, but a frantic Jimin stopped my offer.
"No! You can't!" He said quickly with an alarmed look in his eyes. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.
"I mean...we're almost finished anyway! With...the project.." Jimin said in a calmer voice.
I stared between the two of them, looking at Yoongi hyung then at Jimin. After a minute, I relented.
"Ok...I guess I'll see you later today then, hyung." I said, speaking to Jimin. I reached over and ruffled his hair affectionately.
"Yah, I'm still older than you.." He mumbled. I smiled and nodded.
"Lets go Jimin." Yoongi hyung said, almost dragging Jimin away.
