Chapter 5: Uhm, How About No?

So I found out that Jimin was being bullied again. To tell the truth, I was pretty livid when he told me. I couldn't understand why he didn't see the need to tell me about it. I didn't understand why someone would hurt him.

Jimin was the most caring and giving person I knew. He was always sweet and nice, whether people liked him or not. He always smiled and was always there for people who needed him, especially me.

'I guess I can see why he wouldn't want to tell me since he told me he wanted me to not get into fights, but still..' I thought as I made my way to school.

I had told Jimin to go ahead to school without me because I had to finish up something for a class. He offered to help me, but I declined with a smile. I mean after all, I didn't really have anything to "finish up". I just wanted to follow him to school and see if he would run into that Yoongi on his way to school. Maybe he'd bother Jimin if he saw him by himself.

'Jimin hyung would definitely yell at me if he knew what I was doing.' I thought with a small chuckle.

Jimin was a little ways away from me, and I was walking behind him, staying a safe distance away so I didn't look suspicious. I also had on a hoodie, the hood partially pulled over my head to hide my face just enough.

All was fine so far, we'd almost made it on campus when all of a sudden a random person came from pretty much nowhere and ran into Jimin with his shoulder, almost knocking him over in the process. It looked like it was on purpose to me, and Jimin backed away from the person with wide eyes and a fearful expression as they took a step towards him.

Yeah, now's the time I move in and stop this.

I made my way to them with wide strides and a my face dead serious. Once there I immediately put my arm around Jimin, pulling him into my side. I may have pulled him a little to hard though because his face landed in my chest as I glared at the other person.

"Yoongi." I greeted curtly, purposefully disrespecting him and not using 'hyung' after his name.

"Jungkook.." Jimin protested against my behavior halfheartedly. I glanced down at him to see something like relief in his eyes. He hadn't moved from my side either, so I assume this Yoongi has probably hurt him bad if he's basically cowering away from him.

"Ah, so you're the famous Jungkook everyone talks about in the halls." Yoongi said. I looked back over at him and tilted my head to the side.

"Yeah. So what?" I asked, blinking in faux innocence. Jimin made another sound of disapproval at my words, but I couldn't help it. This guy bullied Jimin, so I don't care how I address him or talk to him.

"Yah yah, no need to be so feisty this early in the morning, kid." He said, making a face. I noticed that two more guys walked over to stand behind this Yoongi.

"Well, you hurt Jimin hyung so please, do forgive me for being so, "feisty", with you around." I said with a fake smile.

I noticed that, when I mentioned him hurting Jimin, he looked at Jimin and glared. Before I could make a smart comment though, he was back to looking at me.

"I see." Was all he said.

Seriously? He bullied Jimin, MY Jimin hyung, and that's all he has to say? A useless 'I see'? 

'Oh he's about to see something alright. A damn nurse is what he's about to see!' I thought angrily. I opened my mouth to voice my thoughts but I was interrupted by Jimin.
