(Rhett's Pov)
Turns out, driving was a bad idea. A really bad idea. I had to pull into a gas station parking lot after a few minutes. The pounding in my head kept getting worse. I searched through the glove box and luckily found some Ibuprofen. I also found my phone.'33 notifications'
I sighed. A few Twitter notifications but mostly texts and missed calls from Jessie. Oh god.
"Hey, Jess." I said, trying to keep my words clear.
"Thank god, I thought you were dead. Where have you been?" She asked.
"Link and I went out drinking, I don't know it's all kind of a blur, The sun was blinding through the windows.
"Alright, alright, but where are you? Downtown?"
I looked out the window trying to find a sign. Instead I found the sign.
"Hollywood."
After a stern scolding and an additional text containing the directions home, I started driving again. About an hour passed and I started to recognize my surroundings.
'Good. That's good. I'm here. It's good.' I told myself.
'I wonder how Link is doing...'

The cabby was nice. He let Link sleep until they pulled up to the studio. Link pulled the cash out of his wallet (which was thankfully still in his pocket) and stepped out of the cab.
The building was empty and eventually the raven haired man reached his and Rhett's shared office.
The small sofa looked so comfy. He must've stared at it for a few minutes before finally sliding onto it and falling back into a dreamless slumber.
He didn't notice his phone buzzing rapidly. He also didn't notice the sound of the front for opening or the tall figure watching him snore quietly. Neither did he feel the large yet graceful hands that easily slipped his new glasses off his face.
At one point while he slept, it started raining. Hard. The storm had been brewing for hours, but was just now letting it boil of the sides. The thunder boomed but not to frighten. It was calming if anything.
The taller man was sat in the plush corner chair, his phone screen lighting up his face in the now dark room. Once he was satisfied with everything there, he turned off the device. His head slowly leaned back and his hands fell to the sides. Sleep overtook him and he embraced it. They were home.
