Its was around 5pm. And I still hadn't get a call from Danny. Around 5:30 I heard my phone was ringing, from the living room. I ran from the kitchen.( I was getting everything ready to cook super) the caller I'd said Dean. "Hello" "rose" Deans voice sounded like he was crying. " Dean, what's wrong?" He stayed silence for a second or two. " there's been an accident. Danny's in a coma." I dropped my phone. Tears rushed down, my face. I rushed to mine and Danny's room. And grapes the car keys. (When I moved in Dean gave me the keys to his old car. He said I could have it as an early birthday gift.) I ran out the door. Stared the car and rushed to the hospital.
When I get to the hospital. I ran up to the first counter I seen and ask what room, Danny Brooks was in. " Are you a family member?" "Umm no I'm his girlfriend."
"I'm sorry I can't give you his room number if your not a family member" I didn't say anything else. I walked over to the bathroom and called Dean. *Ring Ring * he answered on the second ring. "Hello Rose?, where are you?" "I'm at the hospital. The lady at the counter won't give me the room number." "Stay there I'll be down there in a second." Then he hung up.
I heard the elevator door ding and out stepped Dean. I walked up to him he gave me a hug. "Come on I'll take care of the lady at the counter." We walked up to the lady at the counter. She stood up quickly "Mr.Brooks Sir what can I do for you?" Her cheeks were a bright red.( Dean is the owner and the head of the hospital.) "Miss. Marshall is allowed to come to Danny's room, anytime. And anytime she ask for any room number, you will give it to her." The lady typed my me in the computer as co-owner. "Dean why did you have her put me in as a co-owner?" "Because I want you to work with me. I can help you become a nurse as well."
"But how did you know I have a degree in business?" "Danny told me." I didn't say anything else just followed him to Danny's room.
