I felt the force as the plane propelled up into the cloudy atmosphere. I held the arm rest firmly, scrolling back into my thoughts. I wondered if this was all for nothing and we would be coming straight back home. Ania looked at me historically. " Are you scared of flying?" She Said mockingly. "No I just fear my life and I'm not very interested in dying young" I said rebelliously.
"Ania are you sure about this?" I said anxiously,"University in Germany might not be like England.."
"Look it will be fun a whole new adventure!" She said enthusiastically, " Plus imagine the possibilities we might even find ,the one!"
I looked at her sighing. She always imagined things like that, she always imagined our future. Once she predicted I would be the prettiest girl in Secondary school , that would be impossible.

I wrote in my diary for the rest of the journey, allowing my emotions to sink in the pages. I never truly liked writing, at school I wasn't very fond of it. I like writing what I wanted, when I wanted, how i wanted, simple. Not being forced to write what teacher wanted me to write.
When we arrived it was a quite chilly, I wrapped my fluffy coat on and guided Ania. I learned fluent German when I was 11 ,so I was able to call a taxi to drive us to my cousins. She was about a year older than me and we looked fairly similar.
In the taxi it was a bit warmer. Ania whipped her long blond hair over her purple scarf. I had curly brown hair , which I utterly hated and it certainly did not compliment my skin colour or eye. My eyes were a toffee brown and skin was a honey type of shade. I wasn't too sure how people saw beauty in me, but I'm not really that concerned in my looks. Ania however was vain, obsessed of looking in mirrors.

I guided the taxi to the house, luckily before we left the airport I changed my British pounds to Euros. I handed him the money and left the car.
"Danke!" I said to him before he drove off.
I walked up to the house and rang the doorbell. Realising it was broken I knocked the door. I heard footsteps from inside, the cold breeze hit me. Ania was shivering behind me clutching her suitcases. "Oh hello sweetheart , how was the flight, sleep well?", my aunt opened the door smiling at me.
"Hallo!!" I answer.
"Wie gehts?" She asked.
"Gut, danke tu?" I trembled shivering in the wind.
"Gut" she replied.

Hey everyone if your reading I'm sooo great full. I'm really sorry this was short and kinna tacky I will do some editing tomorrow. Some of the next few chapters may contain a few German words but I'm basing it English. I will try my very best to keep on time to publish as I have a fairly good space of free time.
Bye!!
