She always had questions to ask but her father always dismissed her , telling her she doesn't need to know . She had so many questions ,she was confused , almost lost and her father wasn't usually home to constantly seek the answers of her random questions . she wondered how would she distinguish her mate among other werewolves or when is she going to leave the house to go to college or even travel to a new tropical location .
Although her father didn't have any wealth problem and he could afford almost everything , he was super protective of the only member of his family left. He would always hire nannies to care care of little Crystal but a nanny couldn't fill the true place of a mother, a father and a brother .
When she was young enough -15 years old- and had enough of this bull, Crystal discovered a way to sneak out of the house . She would go out every time she had the chance to and hit the usual places she had discovered and liked. She found friendships , clubs, food she never knew existed ,different cultures, people, alcohol she was tempted but didn't give in and only drunk half a cup when she was in the mood for it . Her nanny Fauna knew about her 'adventures' and confronted Crystal soon after 4 month . Fauna was not against it, she opposed her father's delusional expectations of keeping his daughter oppressed . Like a responsible adult would do: Fauna taught Crystal right from wrong so she wouldn't fall the life of debauchery .
