Aphmau's POV

The rest of the week goes by really fast. Luckly, Michi was just bluffing about going to the principal about almost running her over.

The weekend goes by way too quickly. My friends and I just watched movies. The time could've been better spent, like plotting against Michi.

Now I'm in Sky's car slowly driving to my doom. We're talking about school and stuff. Just then my phone vibrates and I see I have a text from an unknown number.

Michi's planning on staging you for something. Idk what. Don't go 2 ur chem class.

This text concerns me. Is this person really telling the truth or is it just a set up? I decide to reply.

Who r u?

I get a reply almost instantly.

Someone who now hates Michi.

I still can't tell if this is a set up or not. I decide to tell everyone about the text.

"I don'ts know Aph." Barney says. "Seems like good person buts I do nots know."

"I'd suggest not going to chemistry." Shelby says. "Besides, what would you miss out on? Explosions?"

"There's more to chemistry than just explosions." I mutter.

"Maybe this person is doing you a favor so you don't have to go to school." Ross says.

"Look." Sky begins. "It seems like we all agree you should miss chemistry. The only question is, how are you going to skip the class."

This part really stumps us. Every second puts us closer to the school with no plan. If only we knew someone who knew the school well.

Just then, I realize that I have Malachi's phone number. I quickly type it in and text him.

Is there anything I can do so I can miss chem class?

He texts back. There's Jr Girls volleyball tryouts.

Ty! I reply back, grateful.

"Guys, I got it!" I say excitedly.

"What?" asks Sky.

"There's volleyball tryouts during my chemistry class."

"Oh yeah!" Ross says. "I almost forgot! I'll be there Aph!"

"Um, Ross..." Barney says hesitating. "The tryouts are for the girls."

"Oh, I know." Ross replies.

"Why are you going then?" I ask.

"So I can make the team, duh."

"Ross. Ross. Ross." Sky says, sighing.

We pull up to the wretched place people call school. It's the same as always. People yelling and shouting. Cars driving in. Same thing, everyday. Doesn't anyone get bored of doing the same old things?
