introducing my hetalia OC chernobyl! I know she looks as though shes not happy or excited that's because I wanted to draw my character in a much darker concept knowing the nuclear disaster was quite a dark time for the Ukrainian and the Russians.
Chernobyl bio: was raised by Ukraine and became the owner of the nuclear reactor. Before the disaster hit though she safely evacuated all of the citizens who lived there to safer areas and kept herself and a few workers to try and stabilize the reactor... but sadly enough they couldn't and to this very day chernobyl lies in abandoned ruins and is feared by all countries except for ukraine, russia, and belarus.
Fact: due to her being exposed to nuclear radiation she has to wear gloves and a gas mask so she doesn't infect any of the other countries around her.
