Ross and Kyle

The First Day

It was their first day at drama. Ross was sitting in a chair on stage next to his friend, Steve. Steve sat next to Kyle. Ross saw Kyle. He recognized him from middle school. They both did Drama Club at middle school, but they had never talked before. Back in middle school, Kyle was just Kyle to Ross. Some kid who was a year younger than him that he was never really friends with. But Ross had changed since then. He was different. Very different. He realized what he wanted. And that was.. well let's get into it. Ross noticed Kyle in "that" way for the first time ever. He thought to himself,

"Oh, hey, he's kind of appealing. Hm. Maybe I could like him I don't know," throughout the entire table read for their play Ross and Kyle didn't say anything to each other. Rehearsal was over and everyone left. Ross went home not really thinking much of Kyle and Kyle probably hasn't even noticed Ross.

A couple rehearsals later they were both their again. Steve too. Ross noticed Kyle again. He thought to himself

"Huh, I don't know. I was never attracted to him in the past. But I'm kind of noticing him now."
But Kyle had also changed since then. Little did Ross know, they had both changed the exact same way.

Later in the rehearsal something happened. It was literally the littlest thing but to Ross it was huge. Some of the characters had to get into a circle and hold hands and pretend to jump around and what not. Both Ross and Kyle walked to the same place and ended up holding hands in the circle.

It felt amazing to Ross. Not in a "weird" way but in a romantic way. When Ross held his hand he felt like he didn't wanna let go. Like, he could keep holding on until.. well he didn't know when. He didn't wanna let go. It felt.. nice. His hands were soft Ross left like he could become used to holding these. They were small and adorable. Just like Kyle himself. He was literally so cute and adorable all Ross wanted to do was give him a big hug. After they let go Ross actually felt a bit lost.. Which is weird because it's not like they were even together or held hands all the time but he actually felt lost after. He felt like he wanted to KEEP holding his hand for a very long time and not let go..

After rehearsal that day, Ross thought about Kyle. About how he never realized all these things about him. Which includes all these new feelings about him. Ross realized that he actually had a thing for Kyle. It was weird. It was the first guy he liked in person.. that he could interact with. He then noticed all the similarities between the two. Some of them might have seemed a little stupid but nothing about Kyle was stupid to Ross.. They were both blonde (again stupid but Ross didn't care) they both liked acting and doing Drama Club. Both have them liked to sing. They were both short:P Ross felt they had similar personalities. The way they were both weird yet fun ;and not the way Ross acts around Kyle. Ross really doesn't know how to act his normal self around guys. (Now he knows why) but Kyle slowly made it easier for Ross. Another thing Ross loved about Kyle. How he brought out the best in him. Turned his world upside down. But in a good way. But of course the biggest thing they had in common was one of the things Ross was afraid of the most, but little did he know that it would turn out to be what he had hoped.
