Orion and I were back from the suspension. I had got him and his little friends good for pouring water on me. They all had at least a bruise on them, that's all i'm sayin.

We walked through the door to our second period Calculus class and were greeted by all our friends.  Mylee jumped on me, hugging me. She was always energetic. "MEL I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!" "It's only been three days My," I laughed. We quickly sat down, since the teacher in this class didn't like us that much either. I started to explain to her about the boy I saw shortly before the suspension. He was so cute man. I really wanted to see him today, I was lookin kinda fire. I was wearing a light gray sleeveless crop top with a plaid flannel tied around light wash jeans and my black vans.

Calculus ended and My and I were headed to lunch with the rest of the crew. We all fit at a table ( Lani, Mylee, Milo, Robert, Orion, Onyx, Dez, Hakeem, and me) and went to sit down there. As usual, we were all cracking jokes and roasting eachother when our theme song came on - Hit The Quan. I quickly told some someone to record us and we all got up and danced to it.

" CLEAN PAIR OF SNEAKS WITH THE DESIGNER BELT, PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP CAUSE I'M FEELIN MYSELF..."

Out of the corner of my eye I saw Kalin looking at us with a faint smile on his face. I winked at him and he smiled with his teeth. A group of kids were gathered around us cheering.

"THROW A FLAG ON THE PLATE MAN SOMEBODY GET THE REF, GA DADADADADA..."

Robert shot an invisible gun at me and I faked dead, while Dez and Mylee, Orion and Lani, and Onyx and Milo did it too. Hakeem got in front of us and squatted shooting and invisible gun at the phone.

"MAN SOMEBODY GET SOME HELP..."

Robert picked me up, Dez picked up Mylee, Orion picked up Lani, Onyx picked up Milo, and Hakeem got back in line with the rest of us.

"PULL UP ON THE BLOCK, HIT THE QUAAAAAN!"

We all hit them folks and then Hit the Quan. The crowd cheered extra loud and we sat down. Well, actually, I went to talk to Kalin. "Wassup bud," I said hugging him. "Did you like the dance?" He looked down at me from his 6'2" level. I was only 5'10". " Man that was hecka filthy Melanie, y'all are cute." He smiled that million-dollar smile again. Dang he looked good. He was basically matching with me; he had on a tight grey shirt with some jeans and black vans on. I thanked him and pulled him over to the table to meet the squad. They were smiling and laughing but stopped when i came up. "Who's that?" Onyx asked with an ugly face. He was always so mean to anyone he didn't know. "Be nice, Onyx. This is my friend Kalin White. I met him just before me and Orion got suspended. He's really sweet so welcome him to the group." They all smiled. "The one with the brown and blonde curls is one of my triplet brothers Orion, the one with the light brown curls is Robert, the one with the black and blonde curls is the other triplet Onyx, The one with the long black hair and hazel eyes is Mylee, the one with the long black hair and green eyes is Milo, her twin. And the one with dreads is my older brother Hakeem." Kalin looked confused and i laughed. "You'll tell the difference soon enough." Orion was still glaring so I smacked him and told him to be nice again.

The bell signaling the end of lunch rang and Kalin walked me to class. He was soooooooo sweet and even hugged me goodbye. I think i'm catching feelings...
