Chapter Five- Dream

After the disbelieve passed through, we all chatted for a few more hours, then Jasper and I went upstairs. Once my head hit the pillow I was fast asleep. In my dream, Jasper and I were laying down in a meadow. Not talking it was silent, more like a comfortable silence.
Jasper turned onto his side so he was facing me. He used his fingers to move the stands of hair out of my face. "So we finally meet outside the dream, I thought you were a figment of my imagination. Someone I made up in this dream world. But last night, when I found you unconscious on the sidewalk and all that blood. Oh my God. Why would somebody do that to you. I wouldn't be able to bare without you around me, in real life or in my dreams." I scooted closer to him. A way for him to know I am here for him no matter what.
I lifted my hand and cupped his cheeks, then I leaned forward and kissed him on the lips. And surprisingly he kissed back.
