Chapter 2: The Book Friday Day 1

How every Horror story goes. First a great amount of people get together, most likely to be at a party and then whoosh, the murderer kills everyone off one by one until the killer is unmasked and murdered himself, my new best friend Chuck had explained to me and my group of friends. There was Lilly, Chuck's girlfriend, Bart, Lillys stepbrother and there was this one girl I didn't get to get her name, she seemed very quiet and sad like nobody wants her. I honestly felt bad.

It was almost the start of the weekend and I was excited because all my friends would be coming to my Halloween party tonight. My parents decided to let me use the basement to make a really cool haunted house to get the scares out of people, as long as I didn't ditch for the remainder of this school year. The deal was on. There was going to be lots of people there. Which made me happy.

Me and my friends had started to work our way home when we heard a chainsaw motor start. Half of us jumped and then we all laughed when we saw my neighbor, Mr. Hart cutting wood. I said hello and waved, he waved back quickly and returned back to what he had been doing moments before. We proceeded and walked up my driveway and as we got to the front door, there was a box laying on the front step labeled for me. What did you order tim? Lilly asked with a smile of curiosity. I don't know I said as I walked up to it and picked it up. I gave it a shake and there was noise, so I opened it and inside was a black book with metal framing and words so fancy as if the book was made in like 1965. What's that asked Bart and Chuck at the same time. The quiet girl said give. I looked over almost forgetting she had come along. Okay. I handed it over and she opened it and started reading. Seconds later she stuttered, This is not good as she dropped the book. As the book hit the ground it set off thousands of sparks and the noise of paper ripping. What's wrong Jessie? Lilly rushed to her and hugged her as she started to cry. Chuck picked up the book to see what had been so disturbing in that book.

Jessie will die at the party. Lilly will die in the forest. Chuck at Lillys funeral. Bart will die in an abandoned school. Lastly Tim and his family will suffer the pain of death.

Tim yanked the book in complete anger and walked to the dumpster and threw it away. Let's proceed with life guys. There's just people trying to scare us. This is probably just a prank. They all got up and walked into Tim's house.
